I like this store but every time I go there they charge my paint to the wrong account. They created some cash account that I never created and they always overcharge me then when I go to get a refund they want to charge me again. So instead of my paint costing what it should I'm paying twice the amount and don't get the money back for a few days. Really inconvenient. Then today they had no cash.

Makaylah was able to take a couple quarter sized paint chips I brought in and match them. Now I can start patching and painting around the house. Great customer service and perfect product.

Sherwin Williams Super paint is really amazing, but this particular store is exceptionally well run. The sales clerk went out of her way to ensure I had the best color match as I had misplaced the formula sticker. Although I expected to have to return later because it was a custom tint, they had it mixed while I was there and took it with me. Really great service.

I have done alot of both business and personal painting jobs and I have got plenty of paint from multiple Sherwin Williams locations. The Tacoma mall location has the best color matches and service hands down.

Nice clean store. Pleasant customer service. I was there to color match the paint on the exterior of our recently purchased home.This was my first purchase at SW. So I was a little taken back when I received the price for 1 Gallon of paint. But it was worth it just knowing the colors will match. Sometimes you have to pay extra for quality.The pricing of their other painting accessories seemed fair.If you are looking for SW paints I would recommend this store. Nice layout, clean and there was no high pressure sales which I like, cause sometimes I just want to look around without someone breathing down my neck.
