Wolfdro is the rudest person I’ve ever met and should not be in the service industry. I won’t even post the words he said to me on here because they are disgusting. I will never come here again. After coming here 5 out of 7 days a week. Spending a pretty penny. You lost my business because of him.

I went to talk to management about a job and the lady in there says that she couldn't understand English and that management was off today and wasn't there and then I was like I was just here to see if you needed a graveyard person and she was no no no no we're full. And then I was like well you understood that. Plus I also said that people have told me that they needed help at night for graveyard so that's why I went. The lady working there was extremely disrespectful and she had somebody hanging around the other side of the counter

This used to be only place I got gas as it’s close to meI went in a couple days ago and when I started to pump my gas it rang up .22 before it started pumping. I have never had this issue before here I went inside and told the clerk older lady she let me get my manager this young heavyset Russian lady said there’s nothing wrong her pumps The clerk said let’s go check the Russian employees followed us out and screamed at the clerk and then went back in. I followed her and asked to to see the manager. When this older white haired Russian woman walked right by me like I was no body I Explaines that I think her pump needed to calibrated as it was off. She screamed at me there was nothing wrong. I tolder I was going to call Shell corporate She said she didn’t care. I did call shell corporate and this where great kept apologizing for what I experienced. She explained that was independent store and that she would contact the store owner and send letters to the corporate office. Please don’t shop from those nasty ladies they don’t belong working with the public

If there was a negative or 0 this station would receive the ARCO sucks award. ARCO store #82768 --- I was charged $100 pre-authorization fee for gas, I purchased $30 in gas and the $100 was not returned. After contacting Stephanie (store manager) I was told "this happens all the time" and told to contact her back the next day. After leaving several messages and getting different stories as to her whereabouts I was told that Stephanie would not be at work until Monday 5 days later. After more repeated calls and no return calls I finally was able to reach the manager, this was 10 days after the transaction. I was told by Stephanie that this is weird. I should have received money back by now. She was of no help, nor could offer any suggestions for resolutions. She told me I could call corporate headquarters, which is a number that no one answers. I finally had to get my bank involved, and may be suing for the return of the 100 dollars. This ARCO SUCKS!!!!!
