3:15 am Only sign up states that the lobby is closed and to use the service window. There is a bell to ring, but I do not ring it because the employee is next to the window and makes eye contact with me. I assume he is finishing a task and about to help me. Instead, he turns his back on me. I wait patiently. When he turns around again he gives me a dirty look and mouths something that I cannot hear. He presses the speaker button and rudely tells me they will be closed for 20 minutes or so. RUDE and uncalled for. I won’t return as he was rude the last time I came here. I’m a polite thank you-you’re welcome-yes ma’am-etc type person. I did not provoke him in any way! If he were my employee he’d be out the door. He is costing you money as I only fuel at shell and won’t return to this one.

Wow The cleanest gas station! I was not expecting it do to the area. The employees were all cleaning and the bathrooms were also super clean. Friendly staff that definitely deserves a raise !! Been through 10states and by far one of the best. Thanks ! Also was informed of the free banana with our coffee purchases ! Super awesome ?

Stopped to get gas, change my oil and change my windshield. Was immediately accosted by some lady who I assume works there. Because next thing I know she's telling us that we need to leave because we're apparently taking to long "washing our windshield"

ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS go in and prepay for gas! A hold has been on my card since 4/23/22 for $125. This is the longest hold I've experienced. It's now 4/26/22. I swiped my card, then decided to use a different card card to pump the gas. I'm guessing this allowed this transaction to fall through the cracks so to speak. No gas was actually purchased with the first card swiped and the hold has yet to fall off. Right now the gas station says it's the bank's responsibility and the bank says they need a letter or receipt from shell saying the transaction was cancelled, the date of the transaction, last 4 of the card, merchant contact, reason it was cancelled, and the company logo must be visible. How will Shell comply when there was no gas purchased? Lessons learned: Shell has the largest and longest hold for pumps. Always go inside to prepay to avoid holds like these!!! *funds have been released as of 4/26 by banking institution after repeated contact.

No merecen ni una estrella. El personal es descortés y irresponsable. Mi carro se accidentó allí por un mal funcionamiento de la maquina de aire para los neumáticos y los dejo todos sin aire, y ninguno se acercó a ayudarme a pesar de que fui varias veces por ayuda y luego salieron y y pusieron un cartel de que estaba mala la maquina y yo accidentada, teniendo que ir a buscar a mi hijo. Estuve allí por 2 horas y fueron indiferentes. No recomiendo este lugar, son las peores personas con las que me he encontrado en mi vida.

Prices are high location is convenient. Staff is friendly. I'd say get gas elsewhere unless you really need it. Perhaps maybe only put in $10. Clean location good selection inside. I wish they would bring back full service at all gas stations.

Lady there was very mad at me after using the bathroom, I said my bad she just yelled at me so I said have a nice day . She just said get the f*** out my store ? ... just for using the bathroom .

Needed gas & restroom break before jumping on 1-5. Jackson's was the easiest station to stop at. I was very pleasantly surprised on how clean & organized this Jackson's station was. The restroom was very clean & I really appreciated that. I will continue to buy my gas here. Next time I'll get a fountain drink, cause everything looked clean & inviting. Nice job Jackson's! I encourage others to stop by for gas. Nice gas station..

Got air at $1.50 but charged $6! I had one tire at 30 psi and needed 50 psi. It did this crazy flashing 50 even though my digital air reader said my next tire was at 40psi.
