Watch your receipts at this Shell because they overcharge people.For example I bought 2 six packs of beer at a store next to them for5.99 which came up to 13.20.But when I bought 2 six packsat the Shell for 5.49 it came up to 13.21.You can't tell me there is a 2 dollar tax charge for a 11 dollar purchase

About 1330-1400 on 17-April I stopped by went inside the store to purchase a car wash, as I proceeded we fell in line behind numerous cars and waited about 20-30 minutes, I pulled up input the code on the receipt. After the vehicle in front of me pulled out I safely pulled in. as I stopped my vehicle in the slot to activate the car wash, I waited a for it activate the car was but no luck. I waited about 1-2 minutes again and nothing. So I back up and tried again but with no luck. So I backed up a little, my daughter got out and went to back to into store to get help, she “tried” to explain to to man behind the counter, but he he started yelling at her and told her to show the receipt, in which she did. Then he told her it’s been working all day and we must of done something wrong. My daughter tried to explain, be wouldn’t even listen. He then said we are trying to scam hi out of car wash. We paid $9.00. He then yelled at her some more and gave back the money and told her that u and your father are not allowed to come back there anymore and that I have a picture of you both. She then came back into the car very upset and shocked by the way she was treated. I then went back in and told him what happened and never talk to my daughter light that again. He didn’t say anything back. I really don’t think anyone should be treated like that, we were just trying to ask for help and inform him something may be wrong.
