This place is amazing and the CS reps are usually personable and very sweet. Except for one gentleman, who works afternoons/evening time frame and I'd say in his mid to late 40s. Very rude, condescending and horrible to military people. Thats the only reason for 4 stars. If not for him, they'd def have 5!!!!

I’ve visited the Shell station at 8433 South Hosmer Street while on assignment working in Tacoma.It is a little tricky entrance and exit since it sits right near the exit from I-5.I have not used the convenience store but never had a wait while filling up the truck. It’s pretty central to major roads, hotels, and shopping.

I travel a lot so it was a pleasure to stop at a shell that had good customer service.
