Stopped and got gas from here yesterday. The first pump I went to wasn't working with my debit card. So I went to the one behind me. Today I check my count and there's a pending charge for 100 dollars plus another charge for the 60 dollars of gas I got. My bank said I have to wait to see if it goes through to dispute it. And if it does I'm disputing it and reporting fraud. I've never had a gas station charge 100 dollar holding fee that's insane and if it goes through then clearly someone working at this station is commiting fraud.Just as a follow up. Both transactions went through I called my bank and their invistigating it for fraud because someone at the shell station had to of been an employee used my pin to to make a whole new transaction for cash.

I live across the street from shell. The crime gets worst and worst over past few years. They have red sign at entrance that said it drug area. The gotten a lot vadelsim and break ins. I just lost 30$ I went to get gas and the pump showed it gave me 30$ of gas but my car gas light was blinking that I had no gas ? the man there was so rude and refused to give me my money back ? so I went to a different gas station thinking it’s my car that’s not marking the gas well but turns out it is that gas station ⛽️ pump wasn’t working I have gas now from a different gas station but my 30$ I lost I will not get back ?

Shell has better cashiers now. They both are always happy and in a great mood. i like to stop every morning. the new girl working always makes me laugh and the guy is very polite and helpful. nice job on the new employees. I live in the area and the last cashiers were not so good. they would close the store and leave. now the store is cleaner and a more positive people.

Just had the displeasure of dealing with the woman working here this morning. Worst customer service I’ve ever received in my life hands down. Rude, passive aggressive and horrible to deal with. Don’t ever come here

This place is always closed by 930 and hrs say 10 pm. Now today in the middle of afternoon from 2pm to 3 pm the doors were locked and no cashier. Lost lots of customers. Owner should be mad. The cashiers always closing store early or leaving store unattended. Bad for biz

Hit the wrong button on the pump resulting in $8 charge for something called "the works". Would have loved to go inside and get a refund but the attendant left! Lights on, open sign there but doors locked

Also known as ARCO, must have cash to waive the fee they charge for gas .45 cents more. watch out panhandling here and prostitutes.....
