If I could give zero stars to this station I would. I gave the owner enough cash to fill up my gas tank and I used the pin pad inside to enter my Fred Meyer rewards number for a fuel discount, which showed up as the expected amount. When the discounted price was not reflected at the pump, I went back inside and asked the owner why price hadn't changed. He said it would show up on my receipt after I pumped the gas. Well it didn't, and he refused to honor any discount. He became annoyed and said it wasn't his responsibility to make sure I got a discount. He claimed I could only get a discount if I used a credit card outside at the pump. That's not true at other Shell stations. I paid too much for gas and lost my reward points. Buyer beware.

Nice carwash Did a great job cleaning the car, Here you can actually pay with cash and not have to go inside for a code which is great especially in this day and age! The only shell where they never disabled the bill accepters and coin slots, Just a heads up it doesnt take $5 bills so be sure to bring $8 in 1's or enough quarters or you need a code! it did great only complaint is the dryers are weak but hey no spots so thats a plus! ?

The lanes and pumps are always clean and work perfect. I also noticed the receipt printer gives a fully printed paper every time.

Incredibly rude old lady who is about to be on her death bed. Of course I do not know her circumstances on why she must work there at such an old age but wow. Gladly took my money to 7-11

Going in here depresses me, the employees seem like they had to talk themselves down from a hot line crisis prevention on a normal basis just to be there. It would better service the community to be a crater in the ground filled with oily murky water than to be a convenient store or gas station.

Got there, asked the woman there for the restroom key to use the restroom. But she told me the restroom was out of service,i said there was no out of service sign there, then out of there.i knew she just didn't want me to use the restroom, may be afraid of i am, gonna mess up the restroom . She finally,she got out of the shop and opened the restroom door for me and told me the restroom is ok,and clean.i said thank you to her, yes the restroom is outside the shop .after i finished use the restroom. I went inside the shop to get a cup of coffee,then i told her , thank you for open the restroom door for me, if i am drunk , you don't want meto mussed up the restroom, then I unstand for the excuse, but i am not,i just want to use the restroomafter a long ride, also i didn't believe what you told me ,the restroom is out of service, she just be silence, then asked me do i want the receipt ,i said no 。then got out there, then put the gas to my car. For me, i think the gas station should provide restroom service to their customers, not to afraid of clean up the restroom, second ,do I really need to buy something before you let me use the restroom, you know, i just asked the woman for using the restroom before i buy my coffee and the gas . I hope there were not any discrimination against me , i am the asian guy , she is white, she just doesn't want to clean up the restroom or i wasn't buy anything yet. I am kinda share my experience here, I am not mad , just tried to tell them what should you do as a gas station .

Clean store, they have diesel. Lotto is cash only. They don't accept debit cards for lottery.

Shell car wash on North 26th Street and Pearl, Tacoma can damage your wheels. When confronted, the management will not address the issue or give name of their insurance company. I had brand new 22 inch wheels. All 4 of them are damaged from one trip to this car wash. Manager and head office notified, and they did not care. Irresponsible business. Pictures posted.
