I had an engine light come on and stated my exhaust gas recirculation valve was malfunctioning because of being dirty...I used the premium gas and after a couple days the engine light went off...when I fill up my car I look for the nearest Shell station on gas buddy

Took my son's car in for service, people that run the place are very nice. They will take you home and pick you up if wait is too long. Definitely Recommend !

I am giving them one more day to prove themselves...so far I have had the same issue and they have assured me that it is the "way I drive my car". They said they would have part by 11/24. I still do not have my car in 12/1. Last excuse was they locked my keys in the car. We brought them a spare after they waited a full day and a half for me to call so they could tell me they locked the key in and were about to "break in". I asked them not to and sent a spare key right over. Update: Finally for car back but they charged over $400 for the same repair they made a month ago!!! His used to be a reputable garage. They have gone waaay down hill. No more!

My car was idling weird recently so I asked a friend of mine to recommend a trustworthy, affordable mechanic in the area. The friend I asked is really into cars and happens to be a walking encyclopedia of Tacoma, and he immediately recommended Landis Shell.I took my car in the following week and they had it back to me later the same day, all fixed and for a really reasonable price! Two coils, 4 spark plus and an air filter for under $500 before tax. It’s running great again. They even offered to give me a ride to work after I dropped my car off. I’m super happy and will be going back :)

I've had my oil changed at this place a few times since I live nearby. The experience is always a bit unpleasant. They are unwilling to make any sort of appointment scheduling or give any time estimates for service. When I've asked for a time window, they've become hostile. They want you to leave the car with them all day for an oil change, and even then they won't guarantee it'll be done that day. It always has been in my experience, but they make it sound like they'll get to you when they're good and ready, and that's all you need to know. It's clear they could just create a scheduling system for routine service like an oil change, give you an appointment time, and turn it around quickly like pretty much every other place I've ever received an oil change, including other Shell stations. But I guess they don't want to bother, and they pass the inconvenience along to you. Also, when I've asked for additional services like replacing the fluids and checking the air pressure, offering to pay for them of course, they haven't been done. And despite requesting these when I drop off the car, they always act surprised when I ask about them at pick-up. Maybe I'd need to leave the car there another day to get the wiper fluid changed?
