I thought customer service was a thing of the past, until today. I went in to pick up some food and was accidentally over charged. I called in and Ms. Vickie made it right!!!! Thank you

This review is solely for the Krispy Krunchy Chicken since I know this location sells it. Their menu clearly states 8 Pieces Dark Meat for $14.99, they only gave me 7 pieces and charged me the full amount. Used to be a frequent customer but not anymore :/
