We go to get gas. Go inside to pay and the gas station attendant tells us there's no gas.
NO GAS??? Why are there cars pumping gas right now? I won't be returning to this location. Wow!! I'm still just like ....what????

OK, but this is no longer a Chevron gas station, it is now a Shell gas station. Chevron gas is better imo so I don't go to Shell anymore.

My car broke down here last night as the store was closing. I informed them I had a tow truck coming but the wait could be up to 4 hours. I asked to use their restroom and was allowed. He stayed open a few extra minutes for me and warned me to be safe, as this is a sketchy area after dark. And believe me, I saw some very questionable activities in my few hour wait. Guy was very polite and understanding in my time of need. Thank you 4/5 stars

Claimed owner was unwilling to help out a handicapped person with putting air in a low tire. And insisted they get quarters and see if it works themselves. This man should not be running a business and has no compassion for other human beings. I was flabbergasted to watch this scene take place this afternoon. Please don't patronize this business. There are plenty of other gas stations in town that have friendly staff.

I dont know if this is a corporate store or franchise, but if it is franchise this must be their first business ever owned.Terrible customer service by almost all of the clerks working there. They made me expose my face to see if I was actually the person on my ID many times and it was done by even the same people who seen me plenty of times. With covid going around that puts me and others at risk.They rushed me and followed me around the store even though I was courteous enough to leave my bag pack in the front and I was quick while shopping so they wouldn't have to worry about me.Multiple times I've seen the clerks just looking at their phones without their mask on while there's a line of customers there, and its always dirty inside and out the store.I would make this store a LAST RESORT. Go to fred meyers before you have to go to this hell hole

Today at 6:45pm this gas station associate said I couldn’t use his water to put in my vehicle. Never have I had a gas station tell me no. This day out of all days he was the first to have hose out and attached. I haven’t been able to find a place to fill water because everyone was busy or didn’t have the water thing hm outside from what I can see. So when I saw that they did I was so relieved which is why I was devastated and disappointed when he said no. I was willing to be a paying customer but he just flat out told me no. Do not recommend this gas station at all.

Do not get propane here. The idiot does not know how to fill tanks. He overfilled the tank on my motorhome. Nothing would work until I spent 20 minutes bleeding the tank. It is clearly marked not to fill above 80%, but he had my tank at 100%. I'm probably lucky that my tank didn't explode when I was on the road.

The air/vacuum machine is never on but will still take your money, the cashier claims to not be able to turn it on, which if true is ridiculous.
