After already making a payment on a bill that was not past due, and planning on finishing the final payment the following month, we received a notification from the office that they "have our card on file" and will be pushing through the remainder of what we owed. I called and requested they delete our information and not run a payment. They stated that charging credit cards that are on file (note-with out consent) was their standard practice. They gave in once we contacted them and asked them to stop.On a previous interaction, we were questioning a bill that looked double charged, they initially refused to schedule any appointments to discuss the results of the procedure until the bill had been paid, even though we were actively working with billing to make sure it was accurate. Only after I told them it was illegal to withhold medical results for payment did they also give in and schedule an appointment. The doctors are fine, but the reception and billing departments are difficult to deal with and have practices that I cannot support.

The Doctors and staff are respectful, and genuinely care for your wellbeing. I needed an appointment on short notice, and they squeezed me in the next day. When I arrived, the kind platinum haired woman behind the counter was relieved that I was able to make the appointment. I can't express how comforting it is to experience staff that care for you from the moment you walk in. If you need healthcare, this group will take great care of you.

I normally and this is my first review but I want to make sure the people are aware of this group yourselves the charges from this office and the care you assume your going to get It does NOT happen here someone recommended this office to me for my husband and let me tell you he is worse off than when he when in and I feel they raped us in charges including talking on the phone starting and exceeding $50.00 ....you wont get a bill but 45 days and they send you to collection because of all other people that choose to not pay ..that's what they told the husband And we only want to save the next person who goes to this office they are the most unprofessional office , plus not only the above mentioned they will have you come in for 15 min each additional problem so if you have multiple conditions you will have to address them separately or if they have to discuss anything on you chart each will be $50.00 or if they have to talk to you on the phone for anything it is a non face $60.00 charge I have more to say but not enough time to do so Please skip by the office Seven Hills medical group and Dr Stephen Hillis I give them MINUS 20 stars

My primary care physician retired so I was referred to Seven Hills and had one visit with Julie Cunningham for a referral for a heart issue, she was awesome I really liked her. I have cancer, heart valve issues and diabetes. I had a chemo at the Mayo Clinic last March and I need immunization shots and according to the receptionist at Seven hills they don't provide them she said get them at Fred Meyer, no, Fred Meyer doesn't give immunization shots. She said, I can only bring up one or 2 topics during my visit. I said, let's make 3 visits in a row so I can talk about all 3 of them, she said, NO! We don't do that. The cancer and heart doctor said these need to be addresses ASAP. She'll argue with you in stead of working with you If you can get past the receptionist you'll have a great visit with a great LPN.

Regardless of good or not Dr Hillis is, the young woman at the front tests customer service skills will prevent me from ever coming here.

Julie Cunningham, ARNP sees me and my children. She is smart, well prepared for the appointment and makes good medical decisions. She is funny and does make the experience of getting your health care a little more enjoyable. The staff is professional and they all seem to work hard as a team. If you are looking for a great health care provider then this is a great office. She is punctual and there is no wait time for your appointment so that is a plus.

Julie Cunningham is part of this office and has been wonderful with my 93 year old dad. She is very thorough and creative in her treatment plans and he adores her, which is saying a lot because he is not a fan of most doctors!

Absolutely the worst doctors office I’ve ever had, the doctor himself is nice enough but this practice will gouge you even worse then the insurance company’s, despite having full coverage. My first visit was billed as “a new patient setup” fee for $150 out of pocket just to meet the doctor and it’s not covered under insurance. Then every time I needed to schedule something it was months out, they do not do any vaccinations and because I went a year without coming in for something they billed me a evaluation visit out of pocket. The worst part is I was trying to get a physical and because they pushed it back when I finally could get my appointment in for a visit actually covered under insurance My wife literally had a baby a few days before and I went anyway called that I would be a bit late and when I got all the way there they told me I couldn't see the doctor and had to pay $220 no show fee and have to reschedule, keep in mind this is the first Time I had ever been late to an appointment. This doctor does not care about his patients with practices like this. To them you are a number and a $$ sign.

Dr. Hillis is the best primary care doctor in town. He has treated me and many of my co-workers for decades. He makes specialty referrals when necessary and includes the patient in their own healthcare planning. Steve is patient and does not rush patients through. Highly recommend. The 1-star reviewer must have a weird agenda...
