The facility is secure and clean, but parking can be a little cramped. I plan on keeping my unit long-term so I hope there aren't any price increases!”
“This is a great place for storage space! Access to/through the facility is via Bluetooth app - secure and convenient; very clean and climate controlled. (Overhead lighting within the larger storage units would be very helpful to add.). Due to the complex nature of our storage situation, we interacted with the staff on numerous occasions for over a year before moving to another city. From setup through move out, the staff were always very accessible, accommodating and professional. Much appreciation goes to Rebecca!”

“I've used the Northwest Storage on 18th Ave E in Tacoma, WA for about 3 years. I have been impressed by the Northwest Storage rep Matthew throughout that time and he has been a good resource to help. I am pleased overall with the facility.
A couple observations:: The facility has some maintenance items that detract from the facility with things like muddy ground areas because there is not enough gravel to spread around, some fence areas need additional repair and securing, and a number of damaged storage unit doors need repaired.”
“I came in to get some scuba tanks filled in Tacoma. The free 3 hour moorage was enough time for me to get them filled, get some groceries, and eat lunch at the marina.”

“The front office team here is amazing. We've had storage units here on and off over the years and they're always wonderful and flexible. They also only require a 10 day move out notice rather then 20 which makes planning very easy.”
“We paid up front for a 20' and 40' container. Not only was this the cheapest option out of 5 companies we checked with including tax and delivery, they were very flexible on delivery. We got the 20' and then lost our help to move the 40' before it was delivered. They agreed to "exchange" it for another 20' and refund the difference even though they didn't have to. Will definitely continue using this company.”

She went above and beyond to help me sign up for one of their units in Tacoma which was near me. Thank you so much Tamara . BTW the place is so clean.I recommend.”

“I have had a unit at this location for almost a year. I've never had any issues with my unit, payments, etc. I've used other storage units in the past (Public Storage). I've had to pay my rent a little late a few times and I've never had a problem. The staff and manager all have great customer service skills!

“Staff is over the top nice and super helpful. The office is super clean, organized and they provide snacks for their tenants. The storage areas are a little less than clean, small trash and sticky things on the floor in the halls. Lots of interesting characters but every one seems to be nice, minus a guy who drives a black truck, he was kinda a jerk and nearly hit my truck flying around a corner. No complaints at this time.
I do like that there are carts for use... you just have to hunt them down cause they could be at any exit door.”
