We have been looking for some new furniture and ideas for an area in the house that is not laid out well. We went into Seldens as part of our shopping and even if this wasn't a place that is WAY to expensive, we wouldn't return. The sales person that greeted us wouldn't let us just shop without interjecting things after hearing half a sentence. This was frustrating because she wasn't listening to us and would just saying something based on what she THOUGHT she heard. Sometimes they would be on track but mostly WAY OFF track. I think this is a store where they just follow you around because there were very few customers in there that did not have a sales person following them around.The quality of the furniture certainly did not reflect the price tag that was on it. And our experience with the sales person that was not welcoming and who didn't know how to listen, just gave us a BAD feeling and we decided to purchase the few things we saw, liked and wanted somewhere else.

The delivery was perfect. On time, quick, and complete. They took care and made sure I knew how to use all the recliners functions. The recliners are perfect as well.

Seldens at Fife, Washington, provided a very high quality interior designer, Bethlyn, excellent quality choices, and superb customer service from beginning our selection process through delivery to our home. This has been our "go to" home decorating store for 25 years. Another great delivery today! Everyone communicates very well throughout the process.

We were extremely pleased with the service provided by Seldens. Brooke was so helpful in finding us a replacement glass table top when the company that we originally bought it from went out business. And it was ready and delivered weeks before her original estimate. Brian and Bosco kept us updated on delivery day of their arrival time. They were very professional and courteous while in our home.

Mr. Sanchez, from service, was right on time and very thorough in making sure that I was happy with my gorgeous dining table. Selden’s really has fine service from delivery to “repair” (the extensions to my dining room table were not attaching securely)

Selden’s delivery crew did a great job, they were professional and careful moving our furniture into our home. They helped us put rubber pads on the legs so it wouldn’t scratch our floors. They ensured our power recliner was functioning properly and moved our furniture to the exact spot we wanted. We are very happy with their service.
