Ayah and Heather helped me out tremendously. I've been in the store looking 5 times and never pulled the trigger. They were really helpful in helping me decide what I wanted. Also 2 brand new fresh smiles is what the store needed.

Bought some appliance and warranty at additional cost. When the appliance broke I called the warranty department. They said they can’t find it. They sent out a text charged And still not fixed

Bought a couch here yesterday. When we were putting it together the brackets for the back rests were not put in correctly so we had to bend them to get them to slide in. We also had the same issue with the brackets that the pieces of the couch slide into.
When moving the couch around the boards were bending like crazy. And one of the screws holding the plastic leg in broke off,like in half. So we had to fix that. When we finally got it all together we then noticed there's a dent in the arm rest!
Of course there's no returns unless it breaks right away. Lots of defects and issues.
Definitely learned our lesson and we should have spent a little bit more on something way better.
But we did get the extra warranty,but I hope we never have to use it.

Great easy experience buying a washer. Grendon was the only sales person on a busy Monday and he was excellent help! Very polite, respectful and knowledgeable. Will definitely be returning for future needs
