I recently rented a unit. Through the website everything was very easy and fast except that the access code and lock that the page provided me was not correct, the attention on the phone and from the girl in the office (Miriam) were excellent. It's great that they have bilingual people in their offices.

New management person is awesome. He is a diligent, vigilant, and hardworking manager who lives on site and keeps the place clean and is doing renovations himself despite the location of the storage. True gem in the community. I really feel like my stuff is safe here.
