Had a really hard and terrible time with the receptionist. She refused to help me out with my issue, claiming it was impossible and that it i canceled my appointment they’d have to send the special part back that was specifically ordered for me. I left upset, but felt like she just didn’t understand how to do her job. I went to another location about 5 miles away and they immediately fixed my issue, were all around much more helpful and friendly. Returned to the original location because they had to perform the service due to the part they had. The entire problem was solved by another location. Everything went smooth after that, and every other person I spoke with was phenomenal and did a great job.

Safe light as well. But the lady at the front desk was talking to my service. Stop. It was my fault. I told her what my dog's name was, but my dog was a service dog. She was trying to talk to my dog. The number one rule is you don't talk to a service dog. She should actually look up the penalty of distracting a service. Dog, it is actually federally highly illegally for Distracting a service dog I was being very kind.I didn't say anything My dog was not doing anything she was being well-behaved. I knew if I said something, the lady probably would not be understanding Obviously the league do not see the ves where it says medical alert do not text. Do not distract if you see a dog with a vast arm.It usually means do not pet I do not recommend this place if you have a service.Dog

Easy to make appointment, and they got me in as soon as I arrived even though I was early. The tech (john? I can't remember, sorry!) was great.

Highly recommend!
Making an appointment was super easy.
They were able to dispatch someone the next day. They came to my work and did the repair with minimal interruption to my day. It took all of about 15 minutes. AND they changed my wiper blades.
Cost was totally fair too!

You will know when it's gonna be a good day when you meet good people and professional service. My appointment was set at 0700 even though they open at 0800. Before I even got close to the door the gentleman (Brady) already had it open for me, sorry if I got the name wrong. Nothing but good vibes, it took 1-1/2 hrs for a 3 hr job. I was informed of every step taken via text. Once completed I met Angel the Pro Tech and again nothing but good vibes, very professional with a big smile. She explained everything to me, does and don't. I'm extremely happy and well satisfied, I rather give you guys 10 stars then just 5. Thank you for starting my day in a positive way. Safelite should buy you guys lunch. Thanks guys!!!!

I had a crack from a pebble hitting my window. They did a great job fixing it. The best part is that they automatically submitted a claim to my insurance, and insurance covered the whole thing except optional stuff like rainex.

Requested an online quote, which was provided quickly. Scheduling had lots of timely availability. Ended up using another service. Leaving this review for the incessant emails they send. Didn't choose to subscribe to their message list yet they continue to send numerous emails daily. Unsubscribing doesn't seem to stop them.

Quoted me 1 price I agreed left for work charged me double over 880 dollars wth dont use them ever , I am getting legal counsel against them and my insurance is getting involved for false price practices beyond pissed off they are shisters and liars

They got me in promptly and returned my vehicle quicker than expected. When I had a concern, the manager addressed it and made it right. Accountable and professional people, would recommend and would go back for a full windshield replacement.

Took my car in with a pretty bad rock chip. They were able to repair it as best as you can expect such a bad chip to be repaired. I thought I would need my windshield replaced. Had me in and out within a half hour. Very nice and professional staff! I will never go anywhere else for my windshield repairs. Thank you Tacoma Safelite!
