This place is amazing.I recently brought my custom pendant in. it needed some alterations to the bail it was too small and would not fit my Cuban link chain.The guy here at Royal watch repair fixed my bail in under 20min! and he only charged me $30 for the alteration. Other jewelers wanted to charge me $700 for the bale alteration To my custom pendant. You can't beat the customer service. It's 5 out of 5 stars. I recommend everyone bring their repairs.

Brought my earrings in to get repaired since this was a “jewelry repair” shop. I received my earrings in worse condition than when I brought them. These were custom made $500 earrings that were perfectly rose gold and were broken in one spot where they needed to be sautered. In return I got my earrings back discolored, instead of full rose gold how I brought them they were now yellow gold in places. Also, one of the closing claps is very tight and won’t close properly. I brought this to Omar’s attention and he shrugged his shoulders saying it’s not their fault. He doesn’t know how it happened. Very disappointed and I wish he was honest from the beginning and said that this was too hard for him to do. I would have happily taken them else where. Now I have to find a place that will undo the damage. Please don’t take your high end jewelry here, or any jewelry. Attached is the before and after photos.

Royal Watch and Jewelry Repair is a great service. Omar was very professional and fixed the watch my three children had given me. PJ, Molly, and Casey's pictures are on the watch. Owner is GREAT! Counter person, not so much. I called the owner to make sure the store was open as I was helping a friend get her dog groomed and he answered but seemed to be taking the call from home. I told him he had serviced many watches in the past and I was impressed with the work, speed, price, ect. He thanked me and said he could help. But, when I got there with my friend (I'm disabled) she was turned away. I called him again and he said he would call the woman and he would take care of me. My friend went back and the woman said she couldn't brake a 100.00 and sent her away. If not for the owner my friend and I would have never come back, but I guess it's true, good help is hard to find...

My son had a Watch that was given to him from an uncle that had passed. We took it here to replace the battery to see if it continue to work, the woman took off the bands replace the battery and while it worked she could not replace the bands. She told us to take it down the way to a store called the jewelry doctor to fix. And she would cover the cost of the new battery, because the bands were no longer on the watch. The business she sent us to would not fix the watch because we were told they were tired of fixing her mistakes. My son is devastated.

Have been to Royal twice now. Omar is friendly and fastidious. I've had numerous watches processed for batteries and, each time, he's replaced them quickly and with care. It's a pleasure to do business with him.

I took three of my watches to Omar for battery replacement and he was extremely professional and helpful. He told me that one of them did not need servicing and he was able to fix the other two in under 30 minutes. He saved me at least $30 and 3 weeks in time! I highly recommend this place if you like good work and customer service.

I chose Royal after reading other reviews. I was looking for a jeweler that would solder charms onto my sterling silver bracelet. There were close to 40! They are a lifetime's collection of charms that are extremely valuable to me. I needed it to be done right. Royal had the best price per charm. I worked exclusively with Omar who pointed out my bracelet was too small for the number of charms on it and suggested a larger linked silver bracelet so the charms looked they were actually ON a bracelet. He was right! After weeks of working with me, my new bracelet had all my treasured charms soldered onto it with Omar's handmade rings. Thank you Omar! You were always so friendly, easy to reach, and patient throughout the entire process. Royal is a family run business and I like supporting them. I will gladly return to Royal to add new charms from my future travels! -Lou.L.

Took my G-Shock to have it repaired but unfortunately the repairer couldn’t fix it. I was expecting to pay a little something for the time it took him to reset it and troubleshoot it. To my surprise there wasn’t any fee. Great customer service. I will definitely return should another watch need service or repair.

So, I went to a different watch kiosk first...what an utter fail. Then I calledp and headed over to Royal Watch kiosk in the Tacoma Mall. What a world of difference. Best customer service in the world by Terry a part timer. She fixed my watch with a quickness. Great job. Thank you. I highly recommend this place.
