Teresa's customer service is terrible it's seem like anyone gets a job y'all don't care how ur employees speak to ppl or anything it's so irritating and very annoying like learn some respect and how u talk to ppl coming through to pick there prescription up ion even make reviews but someone really needs to talk to her cause if u kick that negative energy u will get it back also

Inside is pretty bare, my use case is to pick up prescriptions via drive through. Positioning of the drive through sorta sucks when a line becomes longer than 4 cars. It starts to block people from exiting and entering.
Staff is usually pretty quick on retrieving your perception and assisting you with your needs or helping use coupons. Not all heroes wear caps. Great staff honestly.

I have been coming here for over 23 years. The past 3 experiences have officially done it for me. There attitudes suck. There not friendly. They make it seem as your a burden to them when your doing business with them. Never have prescriptions filled when promised. I had to go there 4 times to get a script filled. Someone never filled it the first 3 times as promised. Last time I was in drive thru waiting. Exactly 8:58 they shut the window curtain on me and said we're closed. I was there at 8:53 waiting for them to come to the window. It was a emergency prescription I needed and they had the nerve to say come back tomorrow were closed. The customer service there is TRASH This was a guy in a white coat. I believe the main pharmacy guy was the one who closed the curtain. He was rude and had no cares in the world. If a customer comes in at closing I would never turn them away. I been in customer service over 25 years. They need leadership in this store. Before they lose a bunch of customers with there i dont care attitude. If you dont care. Get a new job. Customer service is not for you!!!! I will be contacting corporate about this also. Something needs to be done there!!!!!

I have been using this Rite Aid pharmacy for the past 3 years and I am finally fed up. I transferred my prescriptions to Safeway in Puyallup because Tacoma is a giant dumpster fire in general. The pharmacy closes whenever they feel like it, even if it's 6pm. There isn't enough staff, nothing is on time even if confirmed through the app and there's people doing drugs right outside of the front door. No thanks.

This rite aid is the worst when it comes to calling the pharmacy. It doesn't matter how many different phones I call from. It rings once then hangs up. You can never get through to them.

They don't answer the phone!!!
Sitting waiting 1 1/2 hr.. for meds that were called in 3 hrs ago..I have sat here so long after leaving urgent care,RUDE!
They are Rude and won't get you your medicine when you need it, it's when they get ready to get it for you when I pick up my controlled the pharmacist small Asian woman yells at me for being there on time and ALWAYS makes me wait at least 1 hr.. I hate this place . Considering changing pharmacys...

These reviews with 1 star are on point about the worst customer service on the phone and in the drive through and they make things extra work or just talk with an attitude for some reason. I can’t help but get snotty back. I’m going to probably transfer my prescriptions to another pharmacy real soon.

I had just left the emergency room with a severe skin infection to my face and neck. I got there to pick up my prescriptions 8 minutes to closing, drive thru was closed due to being short staffed, the norm for this location. I normally wouldnt mind but my face has a severe and painful rash, making me self conscious. I was told that the topical and oral antibiotics were not scheduled to be coming out until tomorrow. When I asked why I was told "because we close in 8 minutes." As tears well up in my eyes not understanding why she couldnt take a few minutes to help me she asks the lady behind me what she needed, dismissing me.
It was made clear that I don't matter and I'm irrelevant. I left feeling embarrassed and frustrated. I will be transferring prescriptions to another pharmacy. There was a nicer was to handle this situation instead of cold and dismissive.

Go somewhere else. This place is awful. Everything my wife tries to pick up her meds here theybsaybtheybarent ready yet, despite them texting her saying they are. And if if they're out of a certain thing amd we need to get it from another pharmacy, they don't even bother communicating to the pharmacy we get directed to, so we can't actually get it.

My Rite aid Pharmacy on 72nd and Pacific employees (Leah and Jennifer) greeted me and helped out tremendously getting persciptions for 3 different family members and ensured I had separate bags for each without even asking, smiled (as always) and said "See you next time!

Darren is extremely rude and how he treated me for bringing in a reusable bag that by the way Tacoma enforces we buy because they discontinued or charge for any and all bags we need once done shopping. I follow the rules and instead of treating the thieves like criminals he singles out anyone with a reusable bag saying it must be left up front or we can leave and not shop. I've shopped here for years and it's disgusting how they treat customers now. Darren and the employees at late afternoon and night shift are the worse. I have no problem leaving a bag up front that has my valuables wallet phone etc. If it's watched or locked up but he didn't even know I was in store nor did the lady working he said until 3 mins after walking in and going straight to clearance where I start my shopping typically. That was his excuse for singling me out and telling me I couldn't shop with my bag even though I had no purse and my personal belongings were in the bag he wanted up front unguarded. If they can't protect products leaving the store why would I trust them to watch my belongings. Darren is rude and really needs to work on how to treat customers. I've never given them a reason to treat me this way and it's honestly sickening. Especially when it's a known fact employees are statistically known to take more from the stores than the customers. No wonder more and more riteaids are going out of business!

My prescription was sent in in the morning I showed up at 8:00 at night they still didn't have it ready and then proceeded to tell me to come back tomorrow when they were still open for an hour they are 100% unprofessional don't know what the hell they're doing around here and it's the worst pharmacy I've ever had to come to
