I have had nothing but great experiences with the 3 main workers in the Pharmacy. They have always been kind, helpful, efficient, and fast with any refills or issues I may have had. They even take care of my wife and oldest child's meds and always ask how they are and concern themselves with our well-being. As long as they have a job there, I will continue my business there on that ground alone

This is my daughter. I am responding to my recent experience. MY prescription of eye drops is very shocking and it hurts our budget!! It would have helped if I was forewarned. NO reason for my eye drops to cost 316 dollars!!!! And I was upset when I could not find Nature's Bounty Aloe Vera gel capsules at this store. I got them in Kennewick, WA, store.

The pharmacy staff are terrible, rude, unhelpful, and act like a bunch of irritated high school teenagers. I was a regular at this store, but will never set foot inside of it again because of the pharmacy staff and their unprofessional, offensive treatment toward their customers. Customer service training is definitely needed, possibly new staff.

Well this is a review of Rite Aid as a Company. How is it that I can call any auto parts store and ask about some random part from any car pretty much and they can look on the computer and find one or tell me where it is located in their system of stores. Apparently Rite Aid can't do this. Or the Pharmacist!/ Tech are lazy and lie? You are dealing with human life not a 62 fiat. There are regular trips to Outer Space and Rite Aid can't keep up with circa 1990s technology. Think about it! Fix it! Don't get me started on the turn around time on refills or getting put on hold. That's a whole other 2 essays on their shortcomings.

The BEST in the West!! I'm extremely grateful ? to have a pharmacy that is AWESOME! I switched from Walmart to Rite Aid, and I wish I would have done it sooner.

I transferred all my medications to this locations and I have never been happier not only did I just find out I have no insurance lol I asked about the prices of each medicine that I will need to start paying for than Vy was kind and told me about the discount card they give out and answered all my questions I also had a question for the pharmacist Quyhn who is amazing explained everything I needed to know thank you so much I definitely recommend this location to anyone who needs their prescriptions

Come in for your prescriptions, hang out cuz they have a great beauty assortment, and of course tons of other health products. Pharmacists are kind and knowledgeable. Would give five stars but don't feel comfortable going in store at night because shady people hanging outside. Love it when the drive-thru is open.

The pharmacy here is the ABSOLUTE BEST! Quynh, Vy, and Kristina are the reason our family will only use this pharmacy. You will not find a more competent, knowledgeable, and friendly group of pharmacy staff anywhere in the area. I say this with experience, as I am a Registered Nurse, and have daily interactions with medical professionals/pharmacies. This pharmacy ALWAYS goes above and beyond. They always greet us by name and go the extra mile. They have helped me immensely with an out of the norm insurance issue that I was continuously encountering. Can’t thank them enough for their service!

Pharmacy doesn't know how to keep appointments when you've made it online. Very horrible service. Made me wait 1/2 hour. Don't use them.

This place is awful because they are expensive and have stupid policies. I tried returning some nails because they did not stick on like they were supposed too. Instead of giving me my money back they would only give me a gift card. In order to get the gift card you had to show ID even though I didn't have to for the original purchase and I didn't pay with a gift card so I should have received cash. Since I had no other option I accepted the gift card and asked for a receipt. I was then informed they do not give receipts for gift card purchases. Another time I went they also refused to print my receipt and stated they will only email it to you. The cashiers also have attitude problems. This is honestly the worst store I have gone to ever and I will never return. Lastly, on their website it states you can upload money onto your cashapp which is not true. If I could give zero stars I would.

I am using this pharmacy ONLY for the LNI covered procedures. Thus, on June 22nd of 2022, I stopped by the Rite Aid Pharmacy on 1850 Mildred Street to pick up the Pain Medication for my upcoming major surgery the following day, June 23, 2022. The Medical provider confirmed that all Medication was sent out to this pharmacy, and has been approved by the LNI. Unfortunately, when I came to the pharmacy, the pharmacist Refused to fill the prescription, which was sent by the Medical provider to this pharmacy. The pharmacist told me that "she" called the provider and the provider told her that it was cancelled, which was Not True: I drove myself to the Doctor's Office and was confirmed that the Pain Medication was valid and approved, and Nobody talked to the doctor and it has Not been cancelled. Then, I drove back to the pharmacy, and complaint about refusing to fill out the Pain Medication.... Finally, I did receive the Medication, which Must be provided on the First attempt. I am planning on filing an Official Complaint, as soon as I recover after the surgery.

I like Rite Aid. My first time to the Mildred st. store. Very clean and well laid out. Staff is personable and friendly and available to help. This is now my favorite pharmacy.

This Rite Aid location I must say is fair. It is in a location where there are some concerns so bathroom doors must be opened when needed by a clerk. So if you are not picking up prescriptions or a paying customer it is fair to say do not ask to use their bathroom. The clerks who work here are friendly when I stop in to pick up treats or much needed items. My husband and son love going in on our way home sometimes. They have GNC products which I like and it saves trip to a GNC store which is at the mall. I do not like going to the mall. It is too chaotic for me. So coming here for a GNC vitamin from time to time is very convenient. This store location has great selection on other things I do not see very often like plants and hats to wear in the garden. It is great to go to go a drug store and see more than just health and beauty. I look forward to visiting this location again.
