I just wanted to say how helpful Bethany was with helping me find my medication and helping me through the process! Also, Zuko the drive thru was very friendly and courteous. James on the phone was very nice also.

For me, the Rite Aide Pharmacy on Pearl St in Tacoma , has been very reliable and helpful. Both the pharmacy and store have friendly and positive staff. Even though I do not know any of them by name, I feel they are easy to approach if I need anything from the store or pharmacy. Thanks to the staff, they make Rite Aid a nice place to pick up my meds and other needs.

I don't have transportation so I rely on being shipped my medication for delivery. It seems even though it says it will be delivered in 2-3 days, they sometimes don't ship it out until a week later. This causes me to not be medicated for sometimes 2 weeks. I'm in that situation now and may need to go to the hospital. If they would have sent it when they say, I wouldn't be having these problems. Please do better!

Male pharmacist who answered the phone was very rude and shamed me for wanting to use a coupon during pick up, since I was unsure of the status of my health insurance following my late father’s passing and can not afford it without any form of aid. He denied me from picking up my birth control and mood stabilizers at this location, two prescriptions I urgently need to be taking, until I figure out my insurance. Despite me saying I would be using a coupon to help me purchase during pick up. Rude and judgmental from start to finish while i’m already down and struggling. 0/5.

Pharmacy staff is incredibly rude. Heard the male employee that was helping us tell the female pharmacist, complaining that they want the price for the name brand, and that they don’t understand why they filled the script. Generic Vyvanse is in back order, I get it, but that was unnecessary.

Refusal to answer the phone. No way to speak to a team member or pharmacist.

I have had my medications filled here for almost 3 years and everyone has always been nice, very pleasant interactions between myself and whomever. However a different man helped me today over the phone and he was so rude. He had no manners and as I said oh ok thank you, and was about to ask another question about my meds, he hung up on me. I was shocked. The entire interaction was rude. He sounded older, and impatient. He didn't even acknowledge where I called. I almost thought I had the wrong number.

I have been filling our family's prescriptions here for over 30 years. They have always treated me like family! Joel and James are efficient, kind and good at their job!! I realize they are a popular store, and have many customers; but they never fail to make me feel special! Ben is great too!

Blonde lady pharmacy tech who worked today is rude and lacks customer service skills , it’s probably because I’m a “minority” picking up a medication for a white woman. Can’t help that I’m an independent contractor and I’m just doing my job , she gave me the dirtiest looks, and when I said bye have a nice day she said “ yup”

Customer service sucks. Blindly as you walk into the store they greet you loudly and unprofessionally. No eye contact. They are just told to do that. I suspect or they get written up. When you need help you can't find it, or they can't find what you're looking for. Lastly - I realize I need ID to purchase alcohol. Maybe others don't - but when my hands are full and I'm setting beverages down - I do have to get into my purse to find my wallet before you rudely ask me to see my ID. It's not one person there - it's every single one. There is a thing of awareness to your customer. Common sense is another. I even had one lady ask my 14 year old son standing next to me to see his ID when I was buying. "I'll need to see his ID too". What??? That's some serious annoyance. Fix your staff management!!

Pharmacist was unprofessional with me and he refused to give my fiancé a Covid shot.
