My family and I are enjoying our new deck in style thanks to Rich's. We worked with the fantastic Paula Dutton to find just the right comfortable seating arrangement and outdoor table set. This is our second time buying from Rich's and we will continue to go back. They offer personalized service and high-quality furniture proven to withstand our unpredictable PNW weather. I have used Rich’s for my entire outdoor kitchen and deck. Cadi Castonguay has been outstanding in all aspects of our Rich’s experience. Cadi has helped us narrow down products that would match with the other products we previously bought from Rich’s. She communicates regularly on deliveries and updates if there is any changes to anything. I just cant say enough about her and how much Rich’s has made out outdoor experience what we had dreamed of. I will be using them again for my future purchases.

Leading up to that point all paperwork and getting the loan was handled great. I was impressed with communication throughout. They worked with me and kept on a speedy path. Crane Company did an amazing job lifting our Spa over our home and onto our pad. Richs came out to give me the tour of our spa and answer any questions I had. Richs has taken care of any needs I had & great to work with. Im excited for this year as we emptied the water and recently filled it & ready for the summer!! Family is always excited!I am keeping my relationship with Richs as they will be the ones helping me throughout my Swim Spa experience. I feel the store carries a nice variety of patio furniture and other items.. my experience with them I guess has been less than good. My white glove delivery services was far from that.. delivered someone else’s umbrella, didn’t assemble all my stuff, forgot the glass for the fire pit. Had major issue with chairs purchased which to almost 3 years to get resolved, tech got grease all over my seat cushion in the process. One tech installed the parts incorrectly and well that went from bad to worse. Plus he was drinking while on the job and driving. Umbrella that I purchased was one that was 13’ with LED lights. I called them on that and was told they would ship me new lights and install my self. I said you should be handling as i just purchased from you. The umbrella continued to be an issue and had to get them to have manufacturer replace it with a new one. Service department couldn't order the right parts or the proper amount of parts anytime their was an issue. Staff turnover is really high which speaks volumes in my opinion. Once again to rectify my greasy seat cushion they couldn’t get sameFabric anymore so they opted to offer me an outdoor rug, yet again they failed to follow through. Buyer beware, I would shop somewhere else. Not going to get anymore of my business.

Horrible customer service and service of hot tubs - if you buy a product from them plan on getting it serviced by someone else. After 2 1/2 months of them having my $ I still don't have a hot tub that works and can't get a straight answer - there is always somebody else to blame whether its the manufacturer or a tech.

Cadi help me with ongoing issues that was passed onto her to take care of. She saw it through and sent a awesome tech out named Edward and he fixed it withing minutes. Very happy with the change in management and new tech who is awesome.
