Just called to see if I had a warranty on my tires and was placed on hold then hung up on three times after trying to call back. I see what people are saying. Try a different location.

I went there and the entire time I was waiting to be helped no one bothered to offer me help or even ask what I needed. Then when it was my turn to be helped by a staff member, he walks over to another staff member and helps him with another customer and completely ignores me standing there. I had to prompt someone for help, I get that it can be busy but the least you could do is acknowledge when someone walks in and offer to help them when they’re done helping another customer.
I came in for a flat tire that needed to be aired and patched and they couldn’t be bothered to make someone getting a rotation wait a couple extra minutes just so I can have safe tires, which at most wouldn’t have taken longer than 5-10 mins of their time. They tried to get me to wait an hour and a half to put air in a flat and patch it, in what world does it take 1.5 hours to just make a simple tire patch and air up a tire? I unfortunately left without anyone making an effort to prioritize my completely flat and unsafe tire.
All around the experience was pretty disappointing and not at all what I’ve experienced at other discount locations.

Just to make an appointment 25 minutes on hold listening to a recording on repeat with mediocre knowledge on tires tried to call back to pick a time another 20mn waisted on hold to find out that I couldn't be seen with there mediocre knowledge on tires. TIME WAISTED

People who work there are efficient and always get the job done when I bring in my car.
It’s my go to tire repair.

These folks have reasonable to very good prices on tires but they have poor to marginal service . They run behind, cannot manage their inventory , and have grave difficulty answering the phone . The people on the phone have incorrect information much if the time . It's not the place to go unless you have time to burn . They honor their warranties and install the tires correctly .

Want to be held hostage on the phone? Call this location! Try to pay online or try to see if your vehicle is ready, call here and be held hostage. Trying to pick up my vehicle and give them money. Been on hold over 30 minutes. Be cheap and get cheap service! Thanks for the same service consistency in the last 4 years!

Two out of my last three visits my appointment for a tire rotation has been ignored - walk-ins who showed up after me this morning, were processed and leaving before my simple tire rotation was taken care of. There was almost no one in the store, but it still took almost an hour to even get my car in the bay. I get the sense that they prioritize cash customers, but if so, that's a huge business fail - I've been buying tires from them since 1983, but if this is how I'm going to be treated, there are plenty of other places that sell tires. Rather than telling all my friends how great Discount Tires is, as I've been doing for the last 39 years, I'll spend the next 39 telling them to purchase their tires elsewhere.

Thank you for taking care of my new vehicle, Irma, my 2007 Honda CRV. Irma needed two (2) of her TPMS sensors replaced and in a jiff on the three-day Memorial Day weekend my vehicle was fixed. Shout-out to Nick and Dylan for the wonderful work they did and the wonderful staff that mount and balance tires in the garage, you are my unsung heroes. I will be returning to put a full-size tire on my Irma as a spare. Thank you again.

Service after the sale is important. When you arrive as they open yet they post you as arriving 20 min later, when they fail to get your car in at appointed time(40 min later), when an hour after you're told it will be done it hasn't started.....the day has not gone well and service is sub-par. Bummer, I liked discount tire.

Great experience at this discount tire! Was helped immediately upon arrival, had great wifi to work while waiting, AND got four new tires installed in less than 45minutes. Their website was down for payment over the weekend, so only downside of the experience. Staff were well informed - will be back!

Bought new tires yesterday. They were super nice and helpful. They were also extremely busy with bad weather but they made me feel valued and did their best to get me taken care of in a timely manner. Took one star away for lack of COVID restrictions. In a very small waiting room I saw three people without masks and they were helped without any staff asking them to mask up. There were a couple of seniors waiting, it was raining so we were pretty much stuck in the waiting room for extended times. I felt extremely unsafe and am now worried about getting sick.
