Well I had done my research and knew what I wanted when I came in. What I did not expect was the customer service I received from Chuck. Chuck was polite, helpful, and informative. He made me feel good about my purchase and filled me in on everything I needed to know about the warranties. Thank you Chuck!

Very patient and helpful staff. Helped me find the right pair in spite of my own mistake going a half size too big. I noticed right away when I tried to drive in them and they accepted a quick exchange. Very friendly and helpful. I'll cherish these boots for a long time.
Also what is up with that negative review? Water? They don't know leather has to be properly treated to keep water out? Absurd.

I wouldn't recommend. $350 leather boots are good to not keep out any water after a couple of months because they are "not waterproof." One sales associate and the manager acted like since it isn't a waterproof boot, water getting in is no big deal. They were rude.
I'm not walking through creeks, I am walking on wet concrete and grass. Leather boots should protect against that. $350 boots should protect against that. $350 leather boots from a trusted brand like Red Wings should definitely protect against that. It's obvious to everyone who doesn't work at this store.
So if you want an unhelpful and apathetic experience after you spent money, come here.

I bought a pair of red wing boots January 2024. Ive only had them for about 3 months and just 4 days ago the stitching came undone on the left boot, front left. I went into the redwing store where I purchased them. I mentioned to the sales associate that the stitching came undone and he right away assumed of me abusing my boots. Did not ask me what I did for work or what I use them for. There are no holes, tears or signs of excessive wear. I own a construction company so im mainly onsite doing quality control or meeting with inspectors or clients, so I am not kicking or doing anything excessive with them. The sales representative went ahead and stitched them but mentioned that they are not water proof anymore. The reps at that store were no help at all and were quick to judge. I am shocked at the amount of credit my fellow trades people give this brand yet their customer service is by far the worst I have received from a boot company and seem not to care much about customer relationship. I was really looking forward to wearing these for years and purchasing some for my employees but I guess I am left with trying other brands like brunt or thorowood…

I needed some steel toed shoes. I went to this location after visiting other stores in the area looking. I was greeted and asked what I was looking for. I have very wide feet and I knew this would be a problem trying to find the right fit.
Super professional people. They listened to my needs and brought out a few pairs. Gave some suggestions. I walked out in some new shoes that don’t rub, don’t hurt and just right.
I was done and out their doors at closing (6pm).
I went in with the mindset of being disappointed and in search for more options…. To walking out with a new pair of comfortable shoes.
