Rankos Pharmacy is a rare, family owned independent pharmacy in the Stadium District of Tacoma, with three generations serving the community for over 85 years. It is a terrific local family business, described as the best pharmacy many have ever used. The people who work there are wonderful, friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help with any questions. They provide super fast, personal, and personable service, often going above and beyond. Services include medication management, personalized medication regimens, vaccinations, and free home delivery. The pharmacy also features an award-winning and adorable gift section with tons of awesome stuff, as well as a USPS Postal Substation. During the Pandemic, they sacrificed a lot for the community. The atmosphere is lovely, making it an easy way to support a local business.
Always a pleasant experience. The clerks believe in customer service and are helpful. The filling of prescription is always quick if you must wait.

A rare family owned pharmacy, and the best one I’ve ever used. They’re friendly, super fast, and even offer free delivery if you need that service. Plus they have an adorable selection of gifts and such while you’re waiting for your prescription to be filled.
