Booked a room within driving distance to SeaTac to catch an international flight first thing in the morning. Drove 7. 5 hours just to get here at 2am, and discover a note on the door saying "Overbooked." I attempted to speak to the women at the front desk since I had literally already paid online and she says "Not my problem" through the glass and walks away. I will never deal with this company again, and I recommend you don't as well. The only saving grace was this hotel was in a disgusting part of town and I suspect my vehicle would have fallen victim to prowling.
Edit: we missed our flight due to this inconvenience.

Closed. Booked a few days and flew out here just to see that this hotel. has closed. They have not made it apperant that they are closed and still have availability even though it's is out of buisness. They should have more signs and update google to show this place is not a hotel anymore.
Edit: I tried to update the fact that it's permanently closed and was denied even though it is clearly not in business anymore.

Gosh. What can I say except JUST DONT GO. Spend that extra $20/$30 bucks and get something better.
Duct tape on remotes.
Black out curtains missing a whole extra panel so only half is blacked out.
The hotel is behind a locked gate. You have to drive up to the gate. Either call the front desk or try reaching them at a call box. On of the occasions I tried to pass through I tried the call box three times with no answer so no one could unlock and open the gate. I had to pull out of the way and let the car behind me try, thankfully they managed to and let four cars with me at the end finally get through the gate.
I tried calling on my cellphone but no answer. This was maybe 10pm on a Saturday night, hardly unreasonable yet no answer on the call box or cellphone.
Upon check out we loaded up to make our trek home but needed a quick restroom break, I asked the front desk where the restroom was, she asked me if I had checked out, to which I answer yes (paid upon reservation and left the keys), she followed up with, “what room number?,” gave her the room number and only after that exchange did she direct me down the hall and two the left. Cool. Get into the restroom and I kid you not, not a single roll of toilet paper or paper towel in any of the stalls. One of the stalls was out of order. Fine. Walk into the men’s room (door was wide open and could see no visible persons in there) and of course… not a single sheet of tee pee in sight. Walk up to the counter again much to my chagrin “I’d love to use the restroom but there’s not a single roll of toilet paper.”
You know what she does? Turn around, lift her jacket from a clear storage tote, take two rolls of tee pee and hand them to me “can you put these in there?” What in the actual hell? Sure why not. Smh. Ugh.
Just don’t yall. Spend the extra whatever to get something away from this place. Never again.

Normally I don't write reviews but in this case I just have to warn others about this Quality Inn. Let's see where to begin, how about with the entrance. It's gated and next to some low income apartments. There is a homeless camp right across the street. I called the front desk from the intercom to get in, no one answered. Called again, no one answered. Finally get in and I'm treated like a burden by the front desk employee (female). The whole place looks unkept and dirty like it was a hoarders basement. Like it's never cleaned at all. As I walk to my room I notice all the trash cans are overflowing all over the ground. When I open the door to the building my room is in an overwhelming stench of urine hits me hard. I asked for turn down service for some more towels and all the employees acted like it was not their problem. I asked for three days and finally got some clean towels. All the doors to the rooms look like someone has tried to break into them. The back door to the building I was in was always open and someone had destroyed the door knob. All the entrances are left open all day. If you want safety this is not the place. Because of this I left early not wanting to stay for my own safety. This hotel should be closed. It's not reasonable to charge people to stay somewhere that is not even secured all night long. Asking for something as simple as a travel size shampoo and conditioner was impossible for this joke of a hotel. They have a main building where they serve a sad hotel breakfast. No napkins in sight, not even a lid for your scolding hot coffee can be found. There is a door in the main building that is labeled fitness center, inside is a room of horrors. Dusty treadmills covered in trash and what looks like leftover construction supplies. Don't bother asking for anything here, in fact don't bother spending any money staying here. Quality Inn, you have lost a faithful patron, shame on you for letting a location get this bad. I will never stay at a choice hotel again ever. I attached pictures for all of you skeptics. This is place should be shut down. ?

Hard to describe.
From the outside everything looks very well maintained.
The high fences and the gate to the entrance make it clear that this is not the best area.
Check-in was flawless, the ladies were friendly.
When we arrived in the room, we had a mixed opinion... Room was very large and the furnishings were ok, everything was a bit older and worn out.
But unfortunately there was a smell in the room of old smoke.
After staying in the room for a bit, I noticed that the smell was coming from the bathroom. The smell there was very intense.
Since there was no ventilation, the smell couldn't go away.
The shower curtain smelled the worst... In other words, it hadn't been replaced for a long time.
Everything is very half-hearted, which is also noticeable.
Also disappointment at breakfast. Many of the reviews said something about eggs and sausage, which was one reason to book this accommodation.
Either you saved it or you just didn't feel like setting it up that day.
There were waffles, but otherwise only a very sparse selection of sweet and inferior stuff.
Sorry. But that was by far the worst accommodation I've ever had in the USA.
The second star is only due to the friendliness of the staff and the size of the room

It is the worst hotel and with the worst customer service there is and whose manager hides to not talk to you. I booked for 2 days and my flight was delayed for 12 hours and I wrote to the hotel and they didn't answer and I called and the young lady at the front desk told me that I was already checked in. When I arrived at the hotel at 8 am tired with my minor son the young lady told me that I applied no show and no longer reservation I explained and she told me you must make a new reservation and you enter at 3pm. I showed her the proof and she said she was sorry and there was no option I never called. I was left without a reservation with a tired child and was charged. Really the experience was horrible, racist, frustrating, desperate, the same customers told him that it was unfair what he was doing with a tourist and did not consider the situation we lived where we arrived a little late because the flight was delayed ie out of my hands and were so intransigent that they did not give me the room and charged me full 2 nights I had booked.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS PLACE. They canceled my reservation the night before without my approval. I booked directly through their website 2 months in advance so not third party booking. Called corporate and even they can’t get a hold of their front desk ?.
Noteworthy details: They cancel without your approval.

The lady who works the front desk is responsible for one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. She should quit her job ASAP because she clearly does not care and cannot be bothered. Don’t bother staying at the place and spend the extra money to go to a nice hotel.

DO NOT STAY HERE! We booked this spot for a two night stay about a month in advance. When we went to check in the woman at the front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional as soon as we walked up. She informed us our reservation was cancelled and that the hotel would be shutting down for a month starting the next day. When we asked why we weren’t informed of the cancellation she said “that’s my boss’s problem not mine”.
We were in town for a wedding and had to scramble to find another hotel at the very last minute. Truly heinous customer service and staff. Hopefully they don’t just shut down for the month but decide to shut it down permanently. Can’t stress it enough, stay anywhere else but here.
