I'm not sure what happened here, but this store has gone to absolute shit recently.
1. They don't have baskets, and you're lucky to find a cart
2. They have 1 or 2 small carts, the rest are large and are way too big for the small self checkout area
3. They rarely have any checkers. We are talking often times 0. Which leaves the ONLY option to use self check out, which would be fine, but the large carts are too large if there is anyone else there, and there aren't any baskets or small carts.
Just shop elsewhere. This isn't it anymore

Since when do I need to tell them THEIR job? I had to tell the cashier what I had on sale! Like, no, that's buy one get one. Then the guys like ok sorry. Then we'd get to the very next item and I had to tell HIM the price. He said he was so sorry and I truly believed he was embarrassed. (But, this isn't the first time. This is probably the 3rd time I've caught them, it's just this time, it was almost ALL my sale items. I'm just wondering how many times they get away with it everyday? I mean, they blatantly didn't change the prices to even reflect the IN store signs.
When you add this to how awful and bare their fruit, vegetables and meat departments are (at 6pm) I'm done shopping at QFC. Something fishy is going on there. If you want the sale price, you better KNOW the sale price or you won't get it. Especially the BOGO items.

Most of the staff up here are amazing! The remodel of the store makes it look so much better. All new cases in the deli brand new Refrigeration in the produce and the meat department. Now, if corporate would let them do something about all the theft, it could be an even nicer place to shop

Today I had a horrible experience in this store as a woman. I went in just to grab dog food and a homeless man on drugs came into the aisle where I was and started cat calling me and I was ignoring him and then he started harassing me, thankfully my husband came to the aisle where I was at and started defending me from the homeless man. We went to the security guard up front and he didn’t do anything he was just standing there not helping us from the homeless man threatening us. I started crying because I was really scared and no one was helping us they were just staring at me crying while the homeless man was yelling at me and my husband, I have never in my life experienced anything like that. It got so bad to the point where I was on the phone with the police because the homeless man was following me around the store and wouldn’t leave me alone, he also followed us to our car and started throwing rocks at our car. I felt extremely unsafe and won’t be returning.

It has been years since I have shopped at a QFC. I am tired of the same Ole stuff sold at all the store's near me. And I was not disappointed. Lots and lots of different items sold here. From sauces to chips to cuts of meat. I will be shopping at QFC more often.

Employees are always fantastic! I saw 3 customers or thieves I should say walk out with their hands full of pizza steak beer chocolate milk and the employees aren’t allowed to do anything. I asked if there is security and they said corporate is aware but doesn’t do anything. Shame on you making your hourly employees deal with these awful people.
