I've been using Puget Sound Petroleum for almost 15 years, and they've been excellent to work with that entire time. Easy to schedule and reliable with professional and friendly staff. They understand how critical heat is to people and they take it seriously. A great local business.

This company truly cares, we've had them for many yrs. We've ran out of oil on Christmas twice! They made sure we did not freeze and took care of us incredibly fast! Recently our furnace went out. I called Kleimann bros. For first time to service the furnace. Was told we would need a new heating system. 30, thousand. I called Puget sound Petroleum and Kyle came out fixed it!!! Know thats the kind of company our community needs! Thank you so very much Kyle!! Shame on you Kleimann bros.

My wife and I are expecting a baby in less than a month, and our propane tank ran out. We called for them to refill it, and specifically said that nobody will be home until 3pm. The driver has showed up multiple times when nobody is home. So we called again and they said Monday the driver will show up. My wife took Monday off waiting all day for them to show up and nobody came. It's been two weeks now and still nothing.

I recently purchased an old house with an oil furnace. After checking the oil level in the tank in the garage I decided to call around and just happenened to call them to refill the tank. Turns out they used to service this residence for the previous owner as there is a sticker on the tank I hadn't noticed. They came out right away and filled the tank. Both the lady in the office that took my call and the guy driving the tanker truck and filled the tank were super friendly, courteous and proffesional. No wonder why the previous owner used their services. I'm now a customer for life too.

Do you have a program to help people pay their petroleum heating fuel bill? For only 100 gallons it is over $500. And 100 gallons does not last the whole winter It will only last maybe a month. The other places always say go to liheap but we don't qualify for that so there's nothing for us:( Do you have a program?

Edit, owner decided he doesn’t want to service our address anymore. Second time we called them out they didn’t show up for multiple weeks until we completely ran out of fuel. When they did finally show up the new guy says the driveway is too narrow and he can’t get his pump to the full or something. Disappointing. Good thing I actually have my own smaller fuel truck since these guys turned out to be sub par.Awesome service, super friendly, helpful and reliable. Really glad I decided to go with these guys for my first oil furnace fill up, they sent Zack Rice out and he did an outstanding job. Thanks!

Very responsive. Have ordered oil delivery twice from them and they are thorough, fast, and have done it without me even being home. Not sure if prices are competitive since I don't think there are many services like this. I will keep using them. I only use them as needed.

I have been getting oil from this business for years with complete satisfaction. I forgot to check my tank and on a Saturday found it was very low. Called and within hours the truck arrived. Extremely grateful. Snow Monday.

I woke up one morning recently and discovered my furnace had shut down because the oil tank was empty. Not only did they come out that same morning, but Lindsey advised me to let the fuel settle for a couple of hours, and showed me how to restart the furnace, then called me later to make sure I'd been able to get it started again. Friendly and above and beyond service. Thank you!
