Steve, the manager of the store, is top notch. The entire team at the store is awesome as well. We had a major issue from a manufacturer giving us incorrect expectations and delivery dates, after Steve had already set the expectations with me. Weeks later, nothing had arrived, Steve called the manufacturer, found out the information they gave him to me was wrong, and instead of saying "sorry, it happens" he immediately asked how he could make it right. He made it right by a landslide, placing the order with another manufacturer and took care of the slight price change for the inconvenience. In today's world, the art of customer service has been thrown out the window. In a world where you have so many choices for stores/retailers, go to a place where you know that retailer/store/manager has your back -- Puetz is a great company and Steve is a top notch representation of care for his customers. I suggest going here 10 outta 10.

Went to puetz website. Found two kinds of hybrids advertised. Drove to puetz and asked about the two hybrids they had on website. Was told by club fitter we can't those anymore. So I bought one that cost more. I felt like it was bait and switch.

I had a golf fitting with Alex Lee. He was very professional and knowledgeable about a variety of clubs and brands. He was able to quickly analyze my swing and gave me several great club options. I highly recommend him to help take you to the next level of your golf game.

A lot of the latest equipment. There are a few people in the shop that know how to help you. Free fitting if you buy clubs. Ask for Alex. Awesome gentleman.

I Bought a brand new shaft and had it drop shipped. It came broken, I called Steve and within four hours He had a new one sent my way. 10/10 great communication!

Save yourself some time and trouble just go to pro golf discount 2 min away.Went to tacoma puetz to get fitted for clubs. ( I am 6'5) told them with the clubs I am using I'm getting alot of back pain and pain in my right leg when I'm done playing 18.(at the time I was using standard clubs.) I talked to someone that works there and said I would like to size up on my clubs. this kid looked me up and down and said " no your standard. I can show you some standard clubs if you want and you can test them out." Immediately I left the store went across the street to pro golf discount. Told them the same thing. They actually sized me up, let me hit some balls, found out I was a +1.5 then proceeded to buy a new set of irons. Never had back pain again. Also never going to puetz again.

Got me right with the new grips on all my clubs and the simulator is awsome, great customer service and very friendly and informative.

Good selection terrible service. 2 weeks in a row went into the store and never had a single person so much as say hello. Was never asked if I needed any help. Definitely had a cliquey vibe. Luckily pro golf discount just up the road was super friendly and helpful. Picked up new Srixon zx5 irons and Titliest Tsr woods from them instead!! Honestly this would be a 1 star but I’ll give them credit for having a good amount of inventory!!

I walked through the entire store...not 1 person said 1 word to me. 1 employee was helping someone with the VR range. One might think in an attempt to make a profit you would engage potential customers. Especially when I was only one walking around looking at clubs shirts shoes bags... do yourself a favor skip this place!! I will be sure contact PXG as they need to be aware of where they choose to sell products. This store is a complete and udder disappoint!! The owner should be embarrassed for terrible shop this is. Thanks for nothing!!

I’m not a golfer, but am impressed at how many things they have. The store is inviting, clean, and the staff seems friendly. It’s right off the freeway with plenty of parking.

Steve was amazing and super friendly. Went into the store just to kill some time and look around and ended up ordering a set of irons he helped custom fit to me. Never been through the fitting process before and I'm newer to the sport, he made it quick, painless, and fun.

If you have another option, use it. Unfortunately Puetz is the only real golf store in the area.
