My recent experience with princess nails was HORRIBLE. I had asked Jay if he could do a style on my nails and he said that he didn’t have the right gems to do it, he wanted to use stickers on my nails instead of what I had asked for and then he proceeded to tell me that it would be $120 even thought he didn’t have the right design I was going for. He cut my nails way too sure when I didn’t ask for that. He also had an attitude with me because I didn’t what the nails no more. He charged me $20 apply fee even thought he didn’t have the right things, then proceeds to ask for a tip very unprofessional. His gf christen did a some what good job on my toes but she left extra paint on my toes as well. There prices do not match the website. I been going here for 2 years straight and they changed how they treat their customers and extremely went up on their prices. AGAIN I would not recommend wasting your money here your better of going some else.

First of all I wanna say this place is amazing. Super quick super friendly and most of all good nails !!! Don't get it confused a French tip is easy but even easier to mess up. She gave me exactly what I wanted!! I will be coming back for every fill !!!!

Christine is extremely rude I came here to get my nails and feet done with my daughter and my family. We really liked so far the work but her attitude is what’s gonna make me not come back and she told me that I need to leave a tip and I was going to bless her with a tip, but because you asked me and demanded a tip no, I chose not to leave a tip because she is very rude to me and my family.

Overall they definitely do a good job. The first time I went, I was impressed at how perfectly my nails came out, however one nail got messed up (they told me due to not drying thoroughly enough) and they were very fast and efficient fixing it, however they only repainted the tip of the nail so it left weird bumps, it was a different person fixing it than the guy who originally did them. The second time however, I called ahead and requested the same person from last time since he did a great job, and when I came in, he did start me off, but then I had 2 more people work on my nails while he moved to the next customer, and the girl who shaped and painted them did a decent job so no offense to her but if I call ahead and request someone, I expect them to work on my whole service, not just start it off and then have 3 people total working on me. If he already had conflicts, maybe tell the customer they’re not available until a different day? My nails came out pretty thick this time and the thick edges weren’t even painted, and she put a weird glob of nail glue on the bottom of all my nails and for the first few days, I could feel it on my finger tips, which was pretty uncomfortable feeling.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE‼️ Since everyone just going to ignore me via text messages. I will just post my experience here. I came here for the first time yesterday because my stepdaughter raved about it. My stepdaughter had originally scheduled me with the guy because she knows he does a great job, but I guess what I wanted done, he was above because he passed me off to the lady who did my pedi. Let's start with the pedi, I did their top package with gel which was $70! The only thing good about it was when my foot was soaked in the warm water. She hurt my cuticles on my toes and she filed and clipped my nails all uneven. She seemed scared to do my feet. Honestly, my nails and feet could have been done at the same time, but I guess no one wanted to work when we got there. I sat down to get my mani and the guy started drilling away at my natural nails I had to let him know I was not getting any acrylics he got up and moved around instantly. The girl who did my pedi is now doing my mani and boom! She takes a huge chunk out of my cuticles. She apologized and kept going. The mani with gel was $40 so altogether I was charged $110 plus I left a $10 tip (I tip whether I liked the service or not) With the lighting in the shop I couldn't even tell how horrible of a job that was done. I live in Bremerton almost an hour away and as I was entering the freeway I realized my nails looked like an inexperienced child did them. My nails were shaped uneven, the polish was lumpy and did not cover the entire nail, I left with no shine to my nail. I lost gas, 2.5 hours of my time, and $120 just for them to say they would fix it if you came back. Now, why would I waste my gas and time for you to fix something you should have done right the first time? How can you charge something for work like this? The pictures were taken an hour later. Mind you, I had washed and scraped off most of the polish she left on my skin. I called them immediately after leaving. She offered to fix it for free but I wasn't turning around. I would like a refund at this point. Nothing else will work after my experience and the pictures don't even show how bad they really are and the pictures are bad. My nails already look a couple of weeks old and it hasn't been 24 hours!
Reply to owner: So not only are y'all a scam but a liar too. First off, of you can't paint short nails how can you paint long nails. Also, if you can't do short nails why even do them and take my money?? Second off, there was no mention of you telling me to get longer nails so stop lying!! You assumed I was getting acrylics and when I told you I was getting my natural nails done you immediately got up and said you were having the lady that did my pedi do my mani. Let me find out she is not even licensed to work there. I'm reporting you all to BBB and the attorney General and then I will file a dispute. I tried to resolve this the right way but you all want to be greedy and think I'm going to let this slide, well I was until seen your sorry reply. Don't blame me for your staffs sloppy work I have had my short nails painted and they were smooth and the paint cover the nail. Do you see the work or are you blind like your staff???
EDIT: I am going to add more pictures taken a week later, my nails look two weeks old and the gel is chipping and my skin around my nails are PEELING I have not ever had this happen before I have been getting my nails done FOR TWO DECADES and this is the worst place. DO NOT GO HERE!!

love love love my nails J is phenomenal and goes above and beyond ..... he gave me tips on my big toes which I love and he did a really good job. He's good with picking out colors and putting them together.
