This place is awful, the bathrooms are always dirty and out of paper towels, and the alarm system is out dated and when the alarm goes off, it's not even monitored by the office nor any security company that I know of. I would not recommend this place to anyone & beware of their business practices. I had a month to month rental at $830 per month and after the 4th month they tried to charge me $880 an extra $50 without any notification. I went to the office to ask about this extra charge and they told me that it's because I parked a vehicle inside and it was due to hazardous liability. The problem is that I never used the storage unit to park any vehicle and used it only for storage of business items, such as plastic, wood and tools. I asked them to please take the additional $50 off of my bill and literally had to argue with them about this and even asked the manager to walk with me to my unit to confirm that no vehicle was parked in the unit, she then replied "I'm too busy and don't have time to inspect your unit"! I was pretty upset by this time and refused to pay the additional $50 due to their neglect in the billing process. It almost seemed as if they could care less about customer service or charging me the additional amount with no reasoning. I ended up giving them my 30 day notice to vacate the storage unit...... In my life long residency in Tacoma, I've never dealt with such careless business practices and disregard for customer care. I will never utilize this facility again nor will I ever recommend this place to any of my friends or associates........!
