Vince was super professional and extremely careful with my car. He was also very communicative and patiently waited at the shop for the owner to open the door. He’s definitely the best tow driver I’ve ever encountered. 10/10

Great experience. Needed my bike moved at a specific time and they were here when they said. Driver was super cool. Friendly and helpful. Also I'd like to comment on calling tows through any insurance. Any tow company is going to suddenly have a long wait and it really isn't the tow company----it's the insurance companies. It really is on the insurance side that makes the experience so crazy. Best way to get anyone to you asap is call for a tow and get reimbursed later by your insurance.

Had vehicle towed and driver damaged it pretty severely when dropping off to the repair shop. Tried numerous times to get insurance info from Supervisor and no one calls back. This company was dispatched by our insurance, they should look into dropping them. Things happen, but the fact that the driver left without mentioning the damage and when trying to get a hold of them no one will call back is pretty apparent why they have such terrible reviews...

Very poor communication, Definitely doesn't pride on taking care of the customer. They too also said the autobody was closed and towed to the shop, and wouldn't release , they have shown who they are , be careful who is watching your movie

waited an entire day for a tow. after multiple delays and driver changes and other excuses … i had to run out for milk for my baby and they cancelled the tow. Dont recommend

They came to tow our car, the driver gave my husband a totally different address, he let the driver know to tow it to the dealership, driver said he knew where it was. We get a call 3 days later that our car is sitting at a tune up place. We call the company was told by the dispatch that we should have called the roadside asset to have the address changed, at no time did the driver convey this to my husband, he just said he would take it to the dealership. I asked her to talk to the driver to find out why he didn't say we needed to call roadside and change it or we would have. She then said to call our roadside and have them dispatch another driver to tow it to the correct address, I told her with that screw up why would I want to use them again? We unknowingly had our car sitting where it could have been vandalized. Thankfully, it wasn't. The place seemed chaotic when I called. If the customer gave you instructions on where to tow the car and you couldn't follow those directions, he should have left. Obviously, he didn't want to lose the money and didn't care where he left it. That was the worst customer service, from the dispatch lady nothing was handled professionally. Obviously, they do not know or don't care when there is a issue with the address of where to tow a vehicle. Hopefully, we never have to deal with them again if we need a tow..

If I could leave zero stars I would. The guy destroyed my car by hooking it up on the tie rod instead of where it's supposed to go. That caused my tires to bend outward and tilt sideways making it completely undrivable. I have a child and a job and no means of transportation now. Luckily they are paying for the damage but the incompetence of the guy is baffling. Do not hire them. You will regret it.Service: Car towing

They towed my car on 10/12, supposedly the repair shop I requested through my roadside assistance. Only to find out 5 days later they took it to their yard because as employee Liberty stated "we do not deliver vehicles after the business closes due to liability ". They simple marked the tow as complete, and went on their way. Apparently this is their MO as many other reviews stated the same type of behavior. This place is unethical and a total scam. I would not use this place even in an emergency! I've been without my car for 7 days now, as it was just delivered to the shop today after numerous calls to my insurance company and 3rd party roadside assistance Co.

Danger, this place is FRAUDULENT, doesn't deliver your car to the desitination and holds it for RANSOM until thier "STORAGE FEES" are paid. I needed a tow through Ram roadside service who contracted with Premier Towing. They were supposed to tow it to a Ram dealer in Seattle but they decided to take it to "their yard" without authorization from me. I spent the next three days tying to get it towed to the dealership but they wouldn't tow it, or let anyone else tow it until the "storage fees" we're paid. I spent 3 days on calls and chats with Ram , tow truck drivers, and Premier Towing to get Ram to pay the storage ransom fees and for Premier to release the truck for towing to the original destination. Premier didn't deliver the truck to the destination and instead kept it for ransom until their storage fees were paid. Of course, they had a higher number for me to pay the ransom vs. if Ram paid the ransom. I finally convinced Ram it was their contractor and their problem that my truck was being help ransom and that I was going to report it stolen if it wasn't delivered in a timely manner to the destination it was supposed to go to.Service: Car towing

I'm so grateful for Miguel coming to my rescue within 10 minutes of reporting my flat tire. 10 minutes later he was done. I won't miss my nephew's birthday party now. Thank you so much
