This place needs a shake up top to bottom. My last interview here was with the outgoing CFO. He said to me " around here to go along you gotta get along" " I dont want someone who cant fit in, do you understand?" To me that sounded like a threat and unfortunately it proved to be when they fired me without cause.This place has a terrible work culture that includes racism/discrimination and an established good ole boys network especially at the top.

Port of Tacoma is a great company, with a knowledgeable and hard working staff. They are always responsive and pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
