Ya guys forgot the kids drinks and the applePies. No big deal. Carlos didn’t forget the shrimp .I Just traded the extra shrimp for the two kids drinks without telling any one lol.

Excellent customer service, excellent food. Went inside to order for home, had to wait a few minutes for fresh something! No biggie, the food was amazing.Parking: Only one entrance/exit on a side road off of Canyon. (By a stop light so ots easy)

Went to the drive thru on 2/17/24 around 2:20pm, drive thru was not moving as there was 2 cars ahead of me. Wait time on drive thru for not having too many cars ahead of me was way too long. When i pulled up to the intercom, the young lady taking orders asked to wait which is fine but then I realized that the wait to place an order had been too long, then I noticed the car ahead of me had received their food then they would take the order of the next car. After getting my order taken via intercom & pulling up to the 2nd window still waited a long time without acknowledgment after they collected my payment. After waiting a young man opens the window & asks what i had ordered & he said “alright your food will be out soon.” When finally food was being handed to me the male proceeded to say “have a good day” but I let him know that i didn’t receive my drinks for the meals. After drinks were given I finally drove off around 2:52pm once being on Canyon & 176th red stop light, I decided to check the food & they forgot to give me my fries for the combo meals I had ordered for my kids. Then i had to drive back after that long wait to get the missing items but when I gout out of car into lobby they cashier proceeded to tell me “You are going to have to wait cuz I can’t help you.” Now that responses irritated me after waiting way too long in drive tru when there was only 2 cars ahead of me & I still had to come back & after receiving my final missed items the final time I drove out of the Popeyes parking lot was after 3:00pm. I understand that depending on how busy they are there is going to be wait times but if we are going to have long waiting times it would be great for the employees to make sure all items are given before handing them to customers or please acknowledge the customer & let us know its going to be a wait. If customers have to come back it should be courtesy to either offer some kind of discount for next time/free meal for next time or void payment for that meal for the inconvenience. Maybe more customer service training for staff.

Update! We visit frequently but today wanted to update because we had AMAZING service, food is super fresh and hot, and they got it out fast!! We enjoy this location and the friendly staff. They’re recommended the wings and we loved them!! Visit this Popeyes for the best service and yummy fried chicken.We have been here several times now, with consistently fresh chicken, biscuits, and yummy sides! We are always happy with the friendly service and delicious food. Happy to have a Popeyes locally!

Good food I will say that. But communication is lacking. Employees tend to punch in your order, without checking to see if they have enough to fill the order or they wait until you just paid and then delivere the bad news.

I ordered my food online and once I got it and opened it the strawberry biscuit had no frosting and also it was burnt. Also I ordered a regular fry and literally only had 5 in the bag. Only thing that was decent was the chicken sandwich and the wings but everything else was pretty disappointing and wish it could’ve been better but it is what it is .

I have come to this Popeyes several times since April 2023 and thought let’s give it more time for them to get organized and not have a long wait times with only 3 cars in the drive-thru. Well tonight was not good. Went there for a 3 piece chicken meal left with nothing. I walked in due to the long line in the drive-thru. I was acknowledged by a young man, but waited 5-7 minutes to have my order taken by a female ( maybe manager). Then was told there is a 15 mins wait for white meat. I then left. I’m not waiting an extra 15 mins. How is the food not being prepared when there are so many workers in the back. It’s Friday night we are hungry and want to spend money. Popeyes get it together.

This by far has been the worst customer service i've experienced . the person taking my order cut me off while I was talking and was rushing me while I was ordering . i've had other people tell me that the staff there is very rude as well . I can't imagine what management is like if the staff is that way .
