Had a very simple change of address to handle. He was unwilling to help or even try to get me in touch with someone who could. Ended up calling in to someone else in his office who fixed it in about 30 seconds and confirmed it was something he could have done.

We received a timely mailer from Pfarr with a homeowners insurance quote that was about half of Mutual of Enumclaw's renewal (up 53% from last year)!
I was so impressed after talking to both Michael and Rob that we switched our homeowners insuance and our auto policy. They even handled the cancelations as we jumped to Allstate easily and seamlessly. It was also easy taking pictures of our home to submit via text so no home inspector was needed to be covered on the effective date as promised.

Called to start inquiring about homeowners insurance with an agent, after disappointment finding the current carrier had gone to simply an 800 number for service. After speaking with Alexa and Rob, I didn't even look any further. They made the switch in homeowner, and car insurance seamless. They took care of setting it all up with the finance company and cancelling the old carrier, without a lapse.. What a huge burden off our shoulders. Recommend!!

Best homeowners insurance in Tacoma! Excellent customer service and communication, both vital when purchasing a new home. We loved them, and so did our lender.
We would not have closed on time or at all without the help and dedication from this team. Geico almost made us unable to close on our home due to errors on their part. Days from closing, we knew it was imperative to go with someone else. Our emergency was solved with a single phone call with the Pfarr Insurance Agency. Within hours the issue was solved. Mr. Pfarr’s communication was timely and thorough. He even informed us on recent legislation relating to insurance costs. The customer service was refreshing as well. If you need homeowners insurance, this is an agency you can trust.
