I have a spicy Persian Rescue named Leo, and he had some matting because I had been away for a few months. My vet recommended GG and she was spot on! Candace groomed, my Leo and handled him gently and with so much professionalism. He looks like a different kitty now! I will definitely make GG my groomer of choice. I'm so glad I found them.

We have been told by multiple groomers that they cannot handle her, and the only groomer to successfully cut her hair said she would not do it again. Lesha made her appointment at a time when no other dogs would be in the shop, allowed her to take breaks when she got too stressed, and was able to give her a haircut in under an hour. We will definitely bring her back!

Almost 6 months ago, I decided to adopt one of my fosters that I was fostering through a local rescue. This sweet girl went on FOUR different adoption trials and was returned to the rescue after each one, all for different reasons. I was a little intimidated to adopt her, because I knew she would need a lot of hard work and dedication. I was happy to give it to her, but didn’t know if I was capable of helping her, as she is one of the most timid dogs I’ve ever worked with. We’ve only been in training for around 2 months now, and let me tell you, my dog is a completely different dog. In the best way! Not only that, but our relationship has grown so much. What used to be a super independent dog, is now attached at my hip. I never saw her wag her tail before training, not even one time. Now, she’s constantly wagging her tail and she even smiles! I have tears in my eyes as I type this because I’m so appreciative of how much progress we have made in what my opinion, is a very short amount of time. I can’t wait to see what else Diva helps us accomplish. If you are thinking about giving Zoom Room a try, I promise you won’t regret it. If they can help my dog, I’m convinced they can help any dog. Definitely one of the best investments I’ve ever made!!

TIMELESS K9 BOARDING AND TRAINING
713 Commerce St, TacomaI can’t say enough good things about K9 Timeless Training and Boarding! I took my 3-year-old labradoodle, Simba, to their 2-week board and train program with Jamal, and the difference is honestly night and day.
Before training, Simba had zero structure — he pulled hard on the leash, barked at everyone and everything, and even bit my 2-year-old daughter. He was always a house dog, and I’ll admit I let him get away with a lot. But after that bite incident, I knew something had to change.
From the very beginning, Jamal really took the time to understand our household and what we needed, especially with a toddler in the mix. When Simba came home, I could not believe it was the same dog. He’s now calm, obedient, and responsive. He no longer pulls on the leash or nips at anyone. He listens to commands, doesn’t bark excessively, and has such a better sense of control and focus.
What really stood out to me is that Jamal didn’t just train my dog — he also trained me. He gave me the confidence I needed as a dog owner to trust my dog and to trust myself. I now feel like Simba and I truly understand and respect each other. Our bond is stronger than ever, and I finally feel like I’m leading him in the right way.
We can now take him to off-leash parks, and he plays nicely with other dogs but comes right back when called. At home, he’s relaxed, respectful, and fits beautifully into our family again.
I’m beyond grateful to Jamal and his team for giving Simba the structure and foundation he needed — and for giving us peace of mind as a family. Highly, highly recommend K9 Timeless Training and Boarding!

When they were at the previous larger location, they were careful limiting the number of pups they have each day compared to other doggy daycares who don’t have a maximum. This really showed me that they truly care about our little precious one’s health as well as wanting to give each one the attention they deserve. When Jessica moved location to her house, we continued to take Mochi to her even though it was a bit out of the way to dirve prior to work because we trust them to look after Mochi as if he was their own pup. Mochi always loves going to them almost every day each week. Jessica is very communicative if there are any concerns and then sends out newsletters for updates. I also have enjoyed adventure days periodically when they have taken the pups to other places like parks and beaches.

We are so thankful we were connected with Gina and signed Ruston up for a 30 day board and train. The difference is night and day, he came home a changed dog! He is so much better with our son and does not show any of the behaviors he had before. He is an all around better mannered dog as well with recall and listening/following commands. 6802 S Sheridan Ave, TacomaPlayground: Right in the middle of the picnic areas, makes for easy observation of little ones while enjoying the view of the lake and sitting at your picnic area.
Toilets: They try to keep up from vandalism and homeless residing in there. Is anywhere safe from the stench and messes of tweakers? There are 2 bathroom buildings along the lake walking path, on the east side in the main building, and on the south side facing S. 72nd St.
Dog-friendliness: 3 fenced off leash areas. Not everyone picks up after their pooch, which is unacceptable being there are bags and trash cans posted throughout all 3. Decent place to do socializing and training with distractions.
Picnic area: One covered kitchen shelter, sometimes have to deal with homeless people residing there, but I feel that's pretty much anywhere now days. There's several tables and benches scattered about the park, even in the off leash area. Concentration of picnic tables around the playground, convenient for watching kids while watching your picnic area at the same time.
