I’ve been a customer of Parr Lumber for some time now, and I value the quality of materials they provide. However, I feel it’s important to share that this is the second instance where my delivery has been delayed without prior notification. Timely updates are crucial for me to manage my design projects efficiently, and I would greatly appreciate more proactive communication in the event of any future delays.
Additionally, during my interactions over the phone, I’ve found the tone used by Devin to be somewhat condescending. A friendly and respectful communication style is something I hold in high regard, and it would enhance the overall customer service experience.
I hope my feedback is taken constructively, as I believe it can lead to improved service for myself and other customers.
Remember, reviews are a powerful tool for businesses to understand their customers’ experiences.

Great people! Every now and then I need special order for my DIY projects and this place always got my back. They get back to me quickly with prices! A big shout out to Precious at the front desk who is always so helpful!!!!

By far the worst Parr lumber I’ve ever dealt with. The younger lady with black hair had a condescending attitude and judged my man as soon as he walked in. Talking to him like he isn’t a contractor and trying get over on prices. Thankfully we know GOOD people at other parr lumbers to give us a price match. Ridiculous how much time we had to waste.It’s honestly disgusting how much they were trying to get over. The customer service was poor from everyone inside the front desk.The MENd outside loading were amazing and helpful.

Driver of Truck #113120 sat at a green light for 5 seconds on his cell phone I honked . He did not like that and became enraged turned and followed me. Not a good. see you around

Windows- Ray Reyes is awesome! It was just a little job but he knows his stuff! Customer Service was awesome getting me a quote right when I needed it and the yard staff was friendly and incredibly helpful; I highly recommend Parr!

Still waiting on a quote...submitted the request February 11. Stopped by a week or so later and was told by Jan Tilford to email her directly. Not one response since... Same goes for David Lanfear. CC'd on the same email, no response. Apparently Scott Wirges resent my info to the "regional manager"...still nothing...
