Can’t remember the clerks name but he looks very young (although he’s 25 and has a kid haha). He was extremely helpful in testing my battery, and giving me pointers about my vehicle. His customer service was great, he’s very respectful.

Went to this store when our battery died on us. John, the store manager, was incredibly kind and patient with us. He helped us find a new battery and installed it for us. He talked us through the whole process and gave us a free electrical test to make sure that our alternator or starter wasn’t on its way out. Fantastic service!

This evening The guy working there was so helpful he put all the lights in for us and And was happy to do it and he knew what he was doing it took him less than 10 minutes. I can't believe o'reilly is able to find competent workers these days.
