The workplace that should be open at 8:00 am in the morning is not open, if you do not open the workplace, you have no right to show your watch early in practice and bring us this far, it should not be respectful and deceitful, everyone's time is valuable

Tiffany accused me of stoplight even tho my pockets and I took off my hoodie and the other employee that was working there was pressing the tazer button. Bad customer service right there. I was looking at the light bulbs and such and she did lock the door as well. I will be calling corporate tomorrow morning.

Tiffany was my savior when my flashing engine light came on at 7p on Labor Day towards the end of an 8-hour road trip and no other nearby shop would run diagnostics. "We don't go outside at night because it's a bad area" said at least one grown man at a different shop to a panicking 20-something year-old woman stranded over an hour from home just as the sun was beginning to set. Meanwhile, Tiffany came out and helped without a second thought (even as it ACTUALLY grew dark outside). She knew almost immediately what we were dealing with, and discussed the issues -- known engine manufacturing issues with Hyundais, buyers beware! -- with me, pulled up the technical service bulletins and walked me through some of the info there, recommended a handful of local mechanics, commiserated, and helped make sure I could get home safely and knew what my next steps were! She turned a frightening situation into something manageable -- genuinely a hero!

Ok, so they usually have what I need but be prepared to spend an hour here. The staff don't seem to understand that they are a retail store, not a mechanic school, your customers don't need step by step instructions from you, especially when you have a dozen people in line waiting to check out. I seriously was waiting for 20 minutes before I left without buying anything today because the old man at the counter was teaching. Refer them to youtube if it requires more than a minute to explain, otherwise do your actual job. I'm super mad because I had to rush a job today because of how inconsiderate these people were. Never coming back here, ever.
