When I had my bag containing keys and paperwork stolen I called orchard street and asked if there was anything they could do to secure my unit. Pattie informed me nothing could be done. The thieves tailgated in after someone used their secure key code to open the gate and were not stopped. I was later informed by a different employee that there were steps that could have been taken to secure my unit and possibly prevent the theft. I would caution anyone from using orchard street self storage.

I can't say enough about this facility. They have been wonderful - from the much better rates, to the exceptional customer service, they make it easy to pay, etc. I had Public Storage nextdoor in the past and they were HORRID!! I am so glad that I get to do business with this company!!

So I can not say enough about this place. 1st I called about 3 yrs ago n apparently got out on wait list (yippy) because at one of the most critical times in needing a storage and needing the one this size they called and said hey you're on the wait list would you like this big storage unit we have yes I would I said. Clean secure lots of cameras friendly employees everyone of them. A little tricky getting in the gate depending on how and what size your truck is. You may have to get out to punch code in. That's the only downfall. No biggie tho..

Great storage facility, good prices, friendly staff. Open until 10pm. Large complex with lots of different size units. Probably the most secure storage place around because there is always someone on site that lives above the office.
