They need to get more specialty doctors. As a person that struggles daily with pelvic floor dysfunction, I finally reached out for help and I’ve been waiting months for an appointment only to get told to call back next month and hopefully there MIGHT be a spot open. It’s been 3 months of this! Do better for your patients.

The physical therapist here we're kind effective and understanding. But I've had a nightmare dealing with billing. My insurance was incorrectly charged for the wrong amount of money for the copay. I've been back and forth with billing trying to figure out how to get the appropriate amount to them. And now that I have gotten the proper bill I am being charged a late fee for a bill I didn't get till NOW!

They will rip you off! Got charged over 3 times the estimate they gave me. Got charged $500 for a 30-min visit. And it's also 3 times what any other PT would charge you.
