They accomodated me beyond what was expected and I felt that the price was well worth the service and repairs made for my car. The technicians and advisors are knowledgeable, reputable, and they stand behind their work. They did not make me feel unwelcome as a feminine presenting person and that is refreshing after a situation with another repair shop a few months ago. “I've been bringing my '84 Subaru wagon to Corey & the gang for a couple or so years now ever since he and his wife Lisa bought the business I've worked at for 15 years which is roughly the same time I've known them.
I've had her for 18 years. When I got her, she was at 106,000. Now she's at 268,000. A lot of work has been put into it restoring the engine to keep it running all these years.
All the guys really care about her. Even though we all joke about when it's going to be time to say goodbye and get a new car, they know how much I care about it to keep it running and this means a lot to me. They look hard to find the hard to find parts for me and they best job to to install those parts properly and efficiently. They've done a clutch, brakes, starter and alternator for me. Today was a valve adjustment. But it's also the extra mile they go when they find other adjustments that need to be in tune without charging an extra arm and a leg. Today, it was a shifter and front exhaust repair.
I always trust Klean Auto with my car and stay never steer me wrong.”

“I came in because my radiator was leaking. I called to get an estimate, which was the best price in the vicinity, very reasonable. I asked if I needed to make an appointment to bring it in. The gal on the phone (I don’t remember her name off hand) said it was preferable, and she could have a technician available to look at it around the time we agreed on. Additionally, she said she would order the radiator, so it was ready. Within a matter of a few hours, the job was complete. The technician advised me a bearing in the automatic tensioner pulley, for the belt, sounded bad, making a grinding/humming noise. I asked that they replace that as well. They also checked the overall cooling system, and assured me everything appears to be working fine. I was very happy with how fast they competed the job, and how friendly and competent the staff was. They were very reassuring and appreciative of my business.”

“If you’re looking for a mechanic and hate being oversold or worry about being taken advantage of, this is the place. Two specific visits stand out for me. First, when I had my old truck there was plenty wrong with it but I didn’t have the budget to fix it all. When I told them this, they had no problem analyzing and quoting every issue even though they knew I wouldn’t do all of the work. The service tech explained everything that was wrong and how serious it was. He told me what he would fix immediately and on about 75% of it he said, “I’ll fix this for you if you want but you don’t need it right now.” Second, I was leaving town on a roadtrip and my tire light came on. I called Lloyd & Wilson with about 5 minutes notice. They told me to pull right up. Someone came out immediately and checked every tire for me, adding air when needed. It gave me peace of mind for trip and they refused to accept any payment for it. Stop looking for a mechanic and come here. People don’t do service like this anymore.”

“Ok hands down 10,000% better than Jiffy Lube!!! Jiffy Lube quoted me $120.00 plus extra quarts at 13.99 ea. before they even got my name. Came to Chevron and they are honest upfront and kind! I got oil change, air filter and wiper blade for the less than Jiffy Lube quoted me! I am very pleased and will be back!!”
“Well I have been to 3 jiffy lubes in the last 2 weeks trying to figure out why I am leaking oil from my filter and this is the only one that has stopped the leak as far as I can tell, the first one said it wasn't tight enough the second said it was too tight, this one finally got it to stop leaking. I will be back in a week to check on it just to be safe.”
“This is another Jiffy lube I have frequented with both my vehicles. They are trustworthy, and seem to have the specialists on hand when I needed them.
Others may comment saying it took too long, or they were rude. Don't listen to that mess! They are thorough, and and professional. I would rather they take the time to properly maintenance my vehicles, than have them rush through, and a few miles later have something go wrong. They also back up their work!”
“I called to schedule for a Saturday appointment which Jeremiah informed me was him making an exception because the shop is extremely busy on that day. I needed an inspection and quote for rear brakes and rotors amongst a couple of other recommended items I received from the dealership. Jeremiah made it easy for me to make a decision to have his shop work on my vehicle. Great customer service, beat the dealership prices and I was back on the road within 3 and a half hours, not only rear brakes and rotors but also front brake pads, rotors, air filter, cabin filter, and brake fluid flush. Thanks again for making the exception scheduling my appointment I was able to get everything I sought out to get done and remained within budget. Be advised, it's impairative to schedule an appointment ahead of time. This is a busy location.”

“This is the second time using them for an oil change. Once on my Audi Q7 and this time on my Audi S7. A lot of other places I called were super expensive AND I had to wait to make an appointment AND they had to order supposedly something special for my no S7… I don’t know a ton about cars, however I know about service, quality, and timeliness. And they get 5 stars for all three and more! PLUS… they also own a little coffee spot next door you can walk or drive up to and get coffee while you wait the be 15 minutes it takes to get an oil change! BEST CAR MAINTENANCE SPOT EVER!
