I've used the Northwest Storage on 18th Ave E in Tacoma, WA for about 3 years. I have been impressed by the Northwest Storage rep Matthew throughout that time and he has been a good resource to help. I am pleased overall with the facility.
A couple observations:: The facility has some maintenance items that detract from the facility with things like muddy ground areas because there is not enough gravel to spread around, some fence areas need additional repair and securing, and a number of damaged storage unit doors need repaired.

Matthew is very helpful and every way and very courteous person. Good conversation also he’s a pleasant person to be around and he’s always helpful when I’m there with my storage from one to 10 I leave Matt at 9.5. He’s a great guy.

Customer service was excellent here today!,,I went in to pay a friend's unit that's in the hospital, as I was leaving I thought to myself ,,I been wanting to get a small unit just to store extra stuff,I thought how kind ,patient and helpful the gentleman was at the counter,and that's the kind of individual I want to do business with if I did have a unit,,so I turned around and rented one for myself that day!I'was very satisfied with unit and it's location but more ,very satisfied with the customer service I received that day,thank u northwest storage!

This storage facility has competitive pricing for the units available but need to upgrade their security along the 400+ storage location by adding more cameras, lighting and raising the fence area to remain Competitive!

The Property Manager is a real pleasure to work with. He treats me with respect and is friendly to do business with. I have had no problems with the Storage facilities.

NSA Storage has been an excellent answer to my needs for a storage Unit. They’ve been extremely professional and courteous in terms of Customer Service. I would like to give a sincere Thank You to Matthew who has done his very best to provide the best services and customer satisfaction. I am definitely staying with this storage Company just for the professional and courteous customer service assistance that they provide. It’s definitely a storage facility that I would recommend to friends and families short term or long term. The pricing is phenomenal and fair considering today’s inflation rates. Not as fancy as other places, but the staff is great, and the price is right. Came here after my last place increased rate by 50%.So far, I'm happy with my choice.
