Trying to keep this as peaceful as I can. Cause my vehicle is still in your care… but I think it needs to be addressed and put in place as a MUST do before a customer leaves their vehicle with you.
I came in for a few things. Sum minor more than the other… wasn’t expecting it to be cheap. But I was expecting payment plans as discussed on the phone 3 separate times. Apon arrival I have now checked my vehicle in for work gone over what is gonna happen and all that if they find more ya ya whatever. BUT the issue I’m NOW having is that I got the sun bit link sent to me after I had ALREADY left the property with my vehicle checked it. Setting it up was literally easy. Quoted 490$ I was like OKAY COOL! Assuming that was a dp or monthly fee to WHATEVER it was gonna cost, saying assumed because NOBODY explained anything to me. Fast forward after inspections a total of 9k+ was estimated to me in work … than I was explained that the quoted 490$ was only quoted for the amount of services I qualify to do a payment plan on… I immediately refused services as bert said there wasn’t any other options other than to do the most important service which was still amounting to 2500 in total… STILL not qualify for a payment plan… now I can’t even get my car out with out paying IN FULL 518$ (after tax) and apparently my quoted 490”” doesn’t go for inspection fees? Thats a service right!? B.s. for just two inspections just to CONFIRM what I already knew and brought it in for specifically…
I honestly think because this actually screwed me over a lot. Had I known and been walked through the process and absolutely made sure I knew the process and how everything worked before hand…I would have never left my vehicle there. I would have left with out anything getting done. Because that’s what I’m having to do now…but paying for the release of my vehicle that still got no work done. It was a huge waste of my time and money as a single mom on 1 income and 1vehicle …
I’m infuriated actually… extreme lack in communication….
All in all, for the future. Before a customer leaves property with their vehicle in YOUR care. Make sure they are approved for any possible services…especially when it’s the first thing the customer stressed on in 3 separate phone calls before even making an apt AND in person while checking in for the apt….that’s honestly how it should be done in general… cause had I moved forward with out finding this out I’d be 9k in debt and with out a vehicle…

Took my car in last year- was over charged and a year later I am having to take my car in again for the same issue that they charged me $400+ dollars and multiple days to investigate. Do not get your car serviced here. I take EXTREMELY good care of my car, they had treated us very poorly and I will never be returning.

Just bought my 2019 mini country man few days ago and I love it! These guys pulled out all the stops to get me in a great vehicle when so many other dealerships wouldn’t call back or were looking for a quick cash grab. Mike Eastey and his partner in sale (sorry if I forgot the name) were miracle workers and great down to earth guys. Would 100% recommend and keep buying from them.

Mike Eastey was so great to work with! He was prompt with responding to all my questions and helped us search for the right Mini for our family. Very easy going and not high pressure, SO nice to work with. I would not hesitate to work with him again and would absolutely recommend him to any friends.

Oh my goodness service department is fantastic; was greeted by someone right away Nicole in service was and has been extremely helpful service department provided video and explanation of recommendations that needed to be done felt extremely confident we were safe on road after maintenance thank you so much for your attention to detail and explanation of maintenance

This dealer has always provided a great "browse and learn" experience, whether I'm shopping in earnest or just kicking tires. My recent encounter with sales associate Mike Eastey proved the point again. He gave me some great perspective on the latest Mini product lineup, including his own personal views on which models are best for which drivers' needs. I wish more care dealers and sales pros would adopt his product-aware approach toward customer engagement and education.

Such a great experience. This was my first time buying a car and the process was super easy and very pleasant-- our salesman, Mike Eastey, was a very kind person and was incredibly helpful. we have been coming to this MINI dealer over a decade. this one has the best customer service out of any MINI dealers we have been to!
