i am a new patient for a cpap machine. not knowing much of how to use it properly. i was fortunate to have great service from Latasha Warren she explained everything in a manner which i was able to comprehend and appreciated her time spend with me. she was very knowledgeable. professional and quite friendly.

Latasha was a blessing today. She was caring, kind, and very polite. Went over everything thoroughly. If it wasn’t for her, I would not have come in due to the way some of your reps answer the phone and how they talk to the patients. I don’t need attitude I was dealing with enough but thanks to her I made it in And she is the most sunshine over that customer service.She was STELLAR

I've been working with Sandra and her team for over two years for complex mobility (complex wheelchairs). I see her go above and beyond for the benefit of the client, putting the client's needs and experience first. I appreciate that about her, her team, and Norco overall.

Norco is a decent company. My medical supplies were stolen and they replaced them. Now I go right to Norco to get them so they don't get stolen again.

Absolutely terrible to work with. Do not recommend at all. This is a very sketchy business.Conveniently they could never find my info to contact until the very end when they were going to cancel the request. They have been challenging to work with and not providing me details on what they need me to get in order to fulfill the request. Never mind the fact that my mother literally can’t walk and they are requesting justification ? it’s such a joke it’s embarrassing. They use vague “we need a physician to provide paperwork” but when asked to receive the form that needs to be filled out and what physician (of my mothers multiple doctors) they conveniently can’t respond. It’s absolutely terrifying that this business exists.

This company is amazing !!!!I highly recommend them before anyone else , they have a wonderful product, excellent service ,and professional technicians.I had the pleasure of working with an agent named Sandra 10 gold stars to her for her outstanding work she helped me through the process from beginning to end and even called a week later to see how everything was going. Talk about wonderful customer service, my technician who brought the scooter to my home was amazing as well , if you are lucky enough to get Chuck you are in for a treat he will give you a complete detail of the product so you know exactly where everything is and how to use it ,he said he wouldn’t leave until I feel comfortable and secure.I give Norco company 10 stars for your pleasant, respectful, professional ,dedicated , courteous , amazing service !!!!Thanks for everything Norco , I love my scooter. ?

I've been working with 5 other wheelchair providers in the area to get service on my permobil for the past 10 years and finally found Chuck and the team in Tacoma.i took the chair in and they were on it immediately. Experienced service members of the repair team went to work immediately on my needs with straightforward answers and professional service. No lies or excuses that I got from 5 other service providers in the Seattle area. I was constantly kept in the loop with needed repairs, parts, and service times. I recommend Norco above all others for professional care and service. Dave Williams.

We had a great experience with an employee at the Tacoma location. Donna M stepped out of her normal roll to help us replace a Dream Station machine that was under recall. After the doctor requested another machine and provided an updated sleep report, she managed to contact Datri at the Renton office and held my hand to be sure the order was started.Datri also stepped up to the plate and to get the replacement in place in time for my brothers return from almost 2 weeks in the hospital. When 2 employees from different locations work as a team to make sure the transition from hospital to home care works successfully with no hiccups I have to believe the company and employees deserve our business.

They are friendly, efficient, and helpful. Last year, I needed a knee scooter and the were great. Recently, my neighbor needed one, but wasn't able to get there to pick one up; he was able to call in the order and I was able to pick it up for him.

My walker was adjusted and ready for my use when I arrived. Everyone I encountered was very pleasant and helpful. Am enjoying my walker very much and it is very helpful around the house for a lot of small things that I do on a daily basis, such as transporting laundry. My insurance covered al most all of the cost which was a pleasant surprise. All in all I am very satisfied.

I have been treated with the upmost respect and the staff is amazing. Answered all my questions and ordering more equipment has been done easily and promptly.
