Nine Lives Vintage Wears not only carries incredible American/European Vintage clothing and swanky accessories, it also makes you feel like a princess. What do I mean by that? The customer service harkens me back to the scene in Pretty Woman where (Vivian Ward) Julia Roberts tries to shop. She starts off at a stuck up store who kicks her out and she gets discouraged. Later, she goes shopping with (Edward Lewis) Richard Gear and gets the royal treatment. This shop gives you the royal treatment without the high price tag. I highly recommend this shopping experience!

Fun! Fun! Fun! Needed a shopping pick me up and found this little gem in the Freighthouse Square. I am always on the lookout for clothing options other than the mall. This shop is fun and has an array of vintage from fancy dress's to cowboy boots. Love it! The gal that owns it is very helpful and nice. I love the personalization!!

Historic building-check. Locally owned business-check. Funky vibe- check. What's not to love? Nine Lives Vintage Wears is a gem tucked into Freighthouse Square by the Tacoma Dome. The owner is amazing! She gives the best service, she can help you find just about anything and is full of suggestions. The store is a combination of vintage clothing mixed with a great modern collection of accessories for home and personal use. (Candles, locally made pins, notepads, purses) I loved the notepads and throw back vintage car bingo games. I also spotted the PERFECT little black dress. The prices are so reasonable and it feels like you are on an adventure when you're there. Pop in the next time you're transfering on the train or make it a destination stop!
