i can honestly say this place is horrible when it comes to cooking islander food. the taros are hard as a rock it's not cooked all the way, the lambs are also hard to chew even the sausages omg I had to re-cook the food i bought from them i will never buy cooked food from them ever again God knows what else they do with the food before they serve to the people ugh disgustingbtw to my poly ppl if you really want to eat good i recommend Stevens & sons. they are the best google it to get directions

The cashier only cares about the money not about the customers. He doesn’t care about his customers. He said “it’s not expire yet” usually a good service would discount it. Friend recommended New day market for egg rolls. I order 200 egg rolls. Egg rolls had little to no meat. It was more wrapping paper than anything Lol!! Waste of money! Stop being cheap and add more meat in the egg roll!

Nice people but I am not sure a scoop of rice and a palusami without corned beef is worth $10. Guess that's how much it costs for me to be too lazy to cook myself.

Don't ever buy uncooked lumpia from here. If u need uncooked lumpia, go to pk deli instead. Bought a bag of 50 uncooked lumpias from New day and we could hardly taste any meat or fillings which is such a rip off. I then bought from pk deli to see the difference and found a really big difference.

If you’re complaining about prices then please go shopping somewhere else. It’s always expensive at any Polynesian Food Restaurants/Store but we can’t help it it taste good in our stomachs..lol Or do what most of us do, buy all the ingredients you need and cook yourself.. Rice with chicken: $28. The person right before me with the same order: $12. Beware as there are no prices and they won’t tell you how much it costs till it’s packaged up for you.

Bought musubi's from hrrr and the spam was so thin you couldn't even taste it & to top it off one of them had a hair in it! I was too tired from work to turn around and take it back so I trashed it and told myself I'm never going back there again!

My partner went to get food from this place and just like everyone says they don't have prices on anything. He came back saying he must have gotten the white guy price, was charged $30 for two plates of rice with chicken. One chicken leg on each, one piece of tomato and a whole bunch of plain rice. The food was not horrible but i don't think it's worth $30. We could have gone to Dusty's or top of Tacoma and gotten a burger and beer special each AND enjoyed sitting outside for around the same price. I would not recommend this place, I wish I could since it's so nice to support your local markets and have places that serve diverse foods but this place is not worth it imo.
