Very nice people, very good customer service.I had 2 blazers that needed dry clean, they did amazing job. I also have a nordstrom gift card left in one of my pockets which I completely forgot about . They placed it in a plastic bag and returned it back with my blazers. I’m really impressed.

I came here to get a bridesmaid dress hemmed and am very pleased with the whole process! I stopped in on a Tuesday and tried on the dress to have it pinned, she asked me a few questions to make sure it was how I wanted it, pinned it, had me pay and sent me on my way telling me to come pick up in two days. The price was incredibly reasonable and the dress is exactly how I wanted it! Will come back here for all future needs! Both employees/owners were very kind and helpful

Wonderful owners! So courteous, professional, and hardworking. Local small business owners who work diligently. My clothes are always perfect when I drop my dry cleanings off every month. They always greet me with a smile and I always feel welcome there. The last place I used, they were so miserable and I regretted dropping off my things there. These people are horrible! I dropped off 12 white dress shirts to be cleaned and 4 of them came back with oil stains on them in the same place! They hid them in the center of the bundle so I wouldn’t see it them until I got home. I took them back to point out the large stains that weren’t there when I dropped them off. They told me the stains were my fault! The lady was so rude and unprofessional and told me the stains would not come out. I asked for her to pay me for the shirts she ruined but she refused. She said that she would try to clean them again, but after three additional cleanings the stains are still there and the shirts are ruined. No resolution. These people are the worst I’ve ever dealt with! Do not bring your clothes here!!

Brought in my $200 rug, got it back and it looks like it has eczema. Fibers are stuck together, doesn't feel the same either. I told them when I brought it in its a delicate material the lady said it will be ok they do rugs and stuff all the time. I called them back when I unwrapped my rug to see if there is something I'm supposed to do to it or what I can do to it to bring it back to life and their response gone be "Um I don't know, that's just what happens when rugs get cleaned" why tf are y'all in the business of cleaning and don't know? Didn't offer a refund for it, not an apology nothing. I will never EVER come back here again. $93 down the mf drain. Don't come here all they gone do is f*** it up and tell you "idk" when you confront them about it. & yes I tried to fluff it out, even vacuumed apart of it to see if it did it justice, NOPE.

Outstanding place. Owner is very friendly. Fast service and very reasonable prices. Just to them a pair of pants cost about $24.00 at many places: however, this lady only charges $10.00 per pants. Turn around time for my 5 pair of pants was only 4 days. You cant beat the service and price. She's not out to rip you off. Try this place. Since the long time."Malm's" closed down on 19th and Bridgeport Way, she will get their business. She has a small clientele but it will grow fast.Thank you,
