Went in to find bolts for my truck, the guy behind the counter looked at me like I was speaking japanese.i knew right away this guy has no intention of helping me. Felt like I was talking to a doorknob. Never going here again

Was standing outside looking up parts on my phone when a guy come up don't ask what I'm doing ain't in a uniform just gets hateful and says if I don't work there I need to leave he did get in a napa truck and leave DONT GO HERE THEY DONT WANT YOU BUSINESS

Needed that part that doesn’t really exist. This NAPA, like most NAPAs, is staffed with really helpful folks. A little bit of conversation and a-lot of browsing and contemplating and i left with a solution. Thanks NAPA you always come thru.

NAPA AUTO PARTS SUCKS. Tried applying at this place and they didn't even bother to look at the application. DEFINITELY NOT A EEOC company!!!! Thank you!!! Wouldn't want to work or get auto parts from a place like this anyway!!!

I have an old truck service air compressor that I could not find an air filter in the entire city for. The staff found a filter for me when others didn't try or couldn't get one. So I'm very happy with the service here. Thanks again!

Super nice people work here and they make sure you get the right parts for your needs! I will admit I'm not a connoisseur of what does what or goes where in my car... Honestly checking the oil takes me a few times because I want to make sure I'm triple sure I'm ok lol!Every time I have visited I appreciate they took the time to make sure i got what needed.Last time I went in the gentleman who helped me even went outside to see the color of my antifreeze to make sure i was getting the correct one (it was orange and my gas car weirdly has pink in it... I guess that color is normally used for diesel... Who knew not me!) so I was given a universal one.They rock and I will continue to buy from them and appreciate them!
