First time I've trusted a shop with anything from my car and no regrets whatsoever. Brianne and Dani were super helpful when I called and the guide ream job is clean as was the head surfaces when I got it in comparison to what it looked like when I dropped it off. I'd give 100 stars if I could. You need a good job done right for cylinder head work with extra care and attention, this is your place. Thank you ladies :D

I have bought parts here for years spending thousands. The people working the counter are great, always wanting to make you smile. The only thing I have seen is customers trying to fix their vehicle by swapping parts and coming back to return parts they put on the car trying to fix the problem (that's no way to FIX a vehicle).

Needed an 8mm hex/Allen key or socket. They had neither. Store looked half stocked. Nice employees. What is the point of this chain? Sorry guys the stores all look like an "everything must go" or "going out of business sale" is on its 10th day.

Worst experience ever paid for a new motor blower received a used dusty motor blower when I asked for compensation based on the value of a used motor blower they refused to give me any compensation not even an apology at that worst experience on top of that the part was not there on time

Bummer. Bought a Napa branded battery a couple months ago. It completely failed and won’t hold a charge.The store won’t replace it under warranty because I don’t have the original receipt and they can’t look the transaction up on their system. But people can’t keep every receipt for every item they buy. The fact that I have the broken battery in my hand should be proof that my battery is broken.Garbage warranty policy when your Napa merchandise performs so poorly.I won’t be buying more items like this from Napa.

Bought a Napa branded battery. The battery totally failed within 60 days. Tried to get a replacement, but was denied for not keeping the original receipt. Was also told the transaction can't be looked up in the system. I won't be buying anymore items like this from Napa. A warranty item like a battery should be easy to swap if it fails. And this is the second battery to crap out on me from Napa. So yeah I'm done

2021 0803Everytime I go here things get sorted out. I lose my stress here because I the reassurance of top customer service. Guy came out to the parking lot after me while getting in vehicle asked you the one needing help? Went through a couple not a few books and a few dashes of the pen to paper and wallah! Parts on the way free shipping and tonight or tomorrow soonest. Just got to have the phone ready to answer to go back and meet Steve again and the shop pitbull. They have a machine shop here and all the right tools here. This store is impeccably neat. I hope everyone has great experiences like I do and If you find yourself here.... just know help is inside just have to listen to them and yes be specific when asking about what the vehicle is doing. The details are hunted down like detective work and every purchase held the biggest bang for your buck!Hope this place never goes away in the generations to come!

Bought an AC compressor belt and was too big, wrong size. Called and was told to return it, I had receipt. Female mgr with an additude stepped into the convo and refused to honor the return because I didn't have the packing sleeve. VERY poor c/s. I have a classic car and will never buy from Pacific NAPA again.

Machine shop said it was done.. came from Seattle and it wasn't done. They did nothing to compensate my time or fuel to make it right when I picked up the manifolds the next day. Dont go here. They dont wear masks and coughing everywhere too in the middle of a pandemic. They also have major attitudes.. if you don't wanna work here, find a job elsewhere.

I had taken a set of heads to be repaired. was quoted 500 dollars. the bill was 750.00. what i understood is that the inexperience of the tech cost me 50% more than the quote, with out preauthorization. the next item i took in was a set of exhaust manifolds to be but on the belt sander to smooth them out. got the bill. 120.00 bucks. i was charged because the equipment was not set up to do it. new manifolds are 160.00 a set. i wont go in there again. over charging seems to be the motto in there.
