“So, last Sunday, one of the driver was driving on the highway with no dirt cover and resulted my windshield cracking in multiple places.When I called, Jackie took full responsibility and coordinated windshield replacement within the day and 4 days later, I have a new windshield.What I am trying to say is this. Now this is a company who are accountable and values integrity. Jackie upon initial contact called the driver which I am 100% confident addressed the concern and took action. Thank you for being the company that you guys are!”

“They were fast and knew what they were doing. The truck (a 16ft box) was in good shape and modern. Easy to drive. It had a back up camera that could double as a rear view mirror. Bluetooth, mileage and fuel usage display. All Siad and done i was happy. It was a little pricey though. And the one we went to is out in the port. You might not want to go with the after hours drop. It is a little creepy donw there at night.”
“The agent that was there was very helpful and kind. I was 5 min early to pick up and was told that the truck had not arrived yet. I was not in a rush but other customers could have been upset. Perhaps as soon as the location is notified of a late return, the agent should contact the next renter curtesy. However, the mobile app allowed me to return the truck after the office was closed which is a plus when moving. I was satisfied with the customer service at this location.Just a side note when renting, they do *authorize the amount that was estimated ( days + estimated miles+ coverage) If the full estimated amount of miles and days are not used then you will see that reflected as a full charge and not pending.”

“I found this company on Facebook and reached out to Chris. He gave advice on how we could get rid of the dirt from our property, and his advice worked out. We found some neighbors who were interested in our fill dirt. We rented an excavator with an operator and a dump truck from Bobcat Rentals. The operator, Terry, was extremely helpful and professional. I would recommend this service. ??”
